涉外商業(yè)單據(jù)加簽，是指貿(mào)促會(huì)依據(jù)有關(guān)規(guī)定、辦法和要求對(duì)外貿(mào)公司、出口企業(yè)和外商投資企業(yè)根據(jù)進(jìn)口國要求將本企業(yè)在對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易等活動(dòng)中用于通關(guān)結(jié)匯的有關(guān)單據(jù)（證）或有關(guān)保險(xiǎn)公司、船代/貨代和對(duì)外運(yùn)輸公司等機(jī)構(gòu)出具的單據(jù)（證）送經(jīng)貿(mào)促會(huì)進(jìn)行加簽并確認(rèn)其印章屬實(shí)等的活動(dòng)。

涉外公證/書的時(shí)效性.

　　部分種類的涉外公證/書所涉及事實(shí)的真實(shí)性或權(quán)利與義務(wù)的關(guān)系具有可變性，如婚姻狀況、未受刑事處分、授權(quán)委托等，因此，在申辦國內(nèi)領(lǐng)事加簽前，請(qǐng)您先核對(duì)涉外公證/書所涉及的內(nèi)容是否屬實(shí)有效。如公證/書已失效，需重新辦-理公證后再申辦領(lǐng)事加簽。

加簽是對(duì)公證而言。當(dāng)文書在國與國之間傳遞時(shí)，為了能夠使一國出具的文書能夠被另一國所接受，具有有效性，領(lǐng)事/領(lǐng)事公證加簽應(yīng)運(yùn)而生，領(lǐng)事加簽被稱為是“為出國的文書辦-理簽證”。它涉及的方面很廣，從國內(nèi)到國外，從公司的成立到解散，從人身到財(cái)產(chǎn)，從自然人的出生到死亡，領(lǐng)事/領(lǐng)事公證加簽發(fā)揮著特殊的積極作用。領(lǐng)事加簽是指一國的外交、領(lǐng)事及其授權(quán)機(jī)構(gòu)在涉外文書上確認(rèn)公證機(jī)*關(guān)、加簽機(jī)*關(guān)或者某些“相應(yīng)機(jī)*關(guān)”的較后一個(gè)簽字或者印章屬實(shí)。辦-理領(lǐng)事加簽的目的是使一國出具的公證文書能為另一國有關(guān)當(dāng)局所承認(rèn)，不致因懷疑文件上的簽名或印章是否屬實(shí)而影響文書的法律效力，即通常說的使文書發(fā)生域外效力。按國際慣例，凡涉外公證文書一般都應(yīng)辦-理領(lǐng)事加簽。
