我國(guó)內(nèi)地文書(shū)送國(guó)外使用，辦-理領(lǐng)事認(rèn)證對(duì)文書(shū)有何要求？

　　答：根據(jù)司法部有關(guān)規(guī)定，涉外公證/書(shū)只能由涉外公證處出具，在證詞、格式、用紙等方面都有專(zhuān)門(mén)規(guī)定，而且必須有譯文。普通公證/書(shū)不能辦-理領(lǐng)事認(rèn)證，不能送往國(guó)外使用。此外，對(duì)申請(qǐng)辦-理領(lǐng)事認(rèn)證的涉外公證/書(shū)和商業(yè)文書(shū)，不同的文書(shū)使用國(guó)駐華使領(lǐng)館在審核時(shí)有不同的要求。外交部領(lǐng)事司會(huì)及時(shí)將所掌握的外國(guó)使領(lǐng)館的新要求通報(bào)有關(guān)文書(shū)出證主管機(jī)*關(guān)，提醒其在出具文書(shū)時(shí)考慮文書(shū)使用國(guó)的相關(guān)要求。因此，當(dāng)事人在向有關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)申請(qǐng)出具文書(shū)時(shí)，應(yīng)該明確告知文書(shū)擬送往使用的國(guó)家、使用目的及其他相關(guān)信息，以便相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)準(zhǔn)確出。
