什么是大使館認證（領(lǐng)事館認證）？

大使館認證，簡稱領(lǐng)事認證（LEGALIZATION BY EMBASSY ORCONSULATE）,又稱“外交認證”。是指一國外交、領(lǐng)事機構(gòu)及其授權(quán)機構(gòu)在公證文書或其他證明文書上，確認公證機構(gòu)、相應(yīng)機*關(guān)或者認證機構(gòu)的后一個簽字或者印章屬實的活動。

在國際貿(mào)易中，“使館認證”是商業(yè)認證中的一種。由于它可以對進口商品的產(chǎn)地、價格、擔*保等方面進行，加之認證所需時間相對較長，費用較高，近年來，越來越多地被一些國家用作進口的非關(guān)稅貿(mào)易壁壘措施。如科威特、南韓、阿根廷、土耳其、埃及、沙特等國規(guī)定：凡進口貨物必須出具經(jīng)“使館認證”的一般原產(chǎn)地證/書,貨物方能通關(guān)。

在國際貿(mào)易中，一些國家和地區(qū)的客戶根據(jù)本國的法律或規(guī)定要求中國外貿(mào)公司、出口企業(yè)提供的涉外商業(yè)文件或單（如原產(chǎn)地證明書、商業(yè)INV、提單、裝箱單、保險單、合同、營 業(yè)執(zhí)照等），需經(jīng)中國外交部和外國駐華使領(lǐng)館辦-理領(lǐng)事認證。根據(jù)廣大外貿(mào)公司和企業(yè)的申請，可以為他們代理申請涉外商業(yè)貿(mào)易文件或單證的領(lǐng)事認證業(yè)務(wù)。

The reporter found in the guest room, each room has put a"Beijing municipal household garbage classification guidancemanual", and placed "recyclables" and "other garbage" two bins. Tocollect any kitchen waste that might be generated, there is also asmall transparent box for the seeds, skins and remains of tealeaves.

申請單位如何辦-理領(lǐng)事認證？

 

已在貿(mào)促會辦-理原產(chǎn)地證注冊的申請單位需填寫《代理領(lǐng)事認證申請表》，提交需要辦-理領(lǐng)事認證的文件，未在貿(mào)促會辦-理原產(chǎn)地證注冊的申請單位還需提交個人的明（或護*照）、單位介紹信、營業(yè)執(zhí)照及貿(mào)促會認為有必要提供的其他佐證。對于以“國際商事證明書”形式辦-理的文件，須另外填寫《辦-理國際商事證明書申辦表》，提供有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照。
