1.3動作方式Action Forms
■ 室溫下觸點接通（nc），溫度上升觸點斷開，溫度降低觸點恢復接通。

斷電溫度： 130±5℃
接通溫度： 標準復位
2.1.2. 測試方法Test method
把溫控器夾在測試區(qū)內(nèi)，等待測溫區(qū)的溫度平衡后，開始測試。測試爐內(nèi)以空氣作為加熱
介質(zhì)，在測溫區(qū)放置溫度計或溫度傳感器。在溫度進入動作溫度公差范圍前2K開始，以小于1K/min的溫度變化速率進行加溫或降溫，其間必須進行攪拌，使溫度分布充分均勻；測溫區(qū)溫
度分布均勻性在±0.4K以內(nèi)。
測試裝置可設置通斷顯示裝置。溫控器兩接線端子間電壓大于5V，通過試樣電流大于10mA。

2.2 絕緣電阻 Insulation Resistance
用DC500V絕緣電阻表加額定電壓DC500V測定大于100MΩ。

3．可靠性測試 Reliability Test
3.1.試驗條件Test Conditions
◆ 環(huán)境溫度20±5℃；
◆ 環(huán)境相對濕度60%～70%；
◆ 電源應為額定電壓及額定頻率50Hz、60Hz的正弦波電源。
在試驗結果不發(fā)生異議的情況下，按下述條件試驗亦可：
◆ 環(huán)境溫度5～35℃；
◆ 環(huán)境相對濕度45%～85%；
◆ 電源為接近正弦波的交流電；
◆ Ambient temperature: 20℃
◆ Ambient Relative Humidity: 60%～70%；
◆ The power supply should be of sine wave,with rated voltsand rated frequency of50Hz、60Hz;
Without discrepancing the result,test may be implementedaccording to the following conditions;
◆ Ambient temperature varies berween 5～35℃；
◆ Ambient relative humidity varies berween45%～85%；
◆ The power supply should be AC nearly sine wave;
3.2工作壽命Working Life
將溫控器試樣接上額定電壓，Zui大工作電流（偏差±5%），對溫控器給以升、降溫進行觸頭開閉試驗，Zui大頻率6次/min,閉合時間1秒以上。每天閉一次作為一個周期，記錄周期數(shù)，不發(fā)生因電弧引起的極間短路及對帶電件短路，然后檢查性能。樣品進行周期為10萬次的耐久性試驗后應符合下列性能指標：
◆ 動作溫度對試驗初始值的變化在100℃以下為±5℃，在100℃以上為±5%；
◆ 絕緣電阻100 MΩ以上（用DC500V絕緣電阻表加額定電壓DC500V測定）；
◆ 帶電金屬部件與非帶電金屬部件之間能承受接近正弦波的1500V50Hz交流電壓歷時一分鐘的耐壓試驗，不擊穿，無閃絡；
◆ 機能上無性損傷，手動復位溫控器的復位操作無異常。
5/ Powered the sample thermostats with rated volts andmax.current(windage: 5%),increase and decrease

3.3 耐低溫、高溫和冷熱沖擊
Resistance of low Temperature & HighTemperature,Cold&heat Strike
將溫控器試樣放置在-20℃的恒溫箱中,在溫度穩(wěn)定后保持1h,取出放置2h;然后將試樣放置在150℃的恒溫箱中,在溫度穩(wěn)定后保持1h,取出放置2h;Zui后,將試樣放置在-20±3℃的恒溫箱中
0.5h,取出試樣放置在室溫環(huán)境2～3min,再取出在150±3℃的恒溫箱中0.5h,取出放置在室溫環(huán)境2～3min作為一個周期,連續(xù)進行5個周期。在整個試驗過程中,被測試樣品表面不得出現(xiàn)疑露或水滴。完成后,樣品應符合下列性能指標:
◆ 動作溫度對試驗初始值的變化在100℃以下為±3℃,在100℃以上為±3%;
◆ 絕緣電阻100MΩ以上(用DC500V絕緣電阻表加額定電壓DC500V測定);
◆ 帶電金屬部件與非帶電金屬部件之間能承受接近正弦波的1500V 50Hz交流電壓歷時一分鐘的耐壓試驗，不擊穿，無閃絡；
Sample thermostats are placed in the constant-temperature boxwith the temperature of -20℃.When
temperature inside levels off, keep it for 1h.Than take thesamples out and place for 2h,And ten place
Them in the constant-temperature box with the temperatuer of150℃,keep for 1h after temperature,
lecels off, and take out and place for 2h.Finally,keep thesamples in the constant-temperature box of -20
±3℃ for 0.5h,then take out and place then in roomtemperature.(2～3min as oen circle,and for 5 circles
In a row.)During the experiment,no coagulation or drips isever found on the surface of the asmples. When experimentfinished,samples should accod with the following guideline ofspecifications:

3.4. 耐潮濕 Dampness Resistance
將溫控器試樣按GB2423.3規(guī)定放入溫度40±2℃、相對濕度的恒溫箱內(nèi)48h后,
樣品應符合下列性能指標:
◆ 動作溫度對試驗初始值的變化在100℃以下為±3℃,在100℃以上為±3%;
◆ 絕緣電阻100MΩ以上(用DC500V絕緣電阻表加額定電壓DC500V測定);
◆ 帶電金屬部件與非帶電金屬部件之間能承受接近正弦波的1500V 50Hz交流電壓歷時一分鐘的耐壓試驗，不擊穿，無閃絡；

as temperature of 40±2℃ relative humidity of 90%～95%,as perregulations ofGB2423.3.A fter placed
for 48h,the samples should accord with the followingguideline of specifications:

mm來回時間5min,歷時各1h。完成后,樣品應符合下列性能指標:

◆ 絕緣電阻100MΩ以上(用DC500V絕緣電阻表加額定電壓DC500V測定);
