2 結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)Structural features
HKW9700-F-H系列熱保護(hù)器是采用一定幾何形狀的雙金屬片，無(wú)需輔助機(jī)構(gòu)，僅靠雙金屬片的自身感溫和電流熱效應(yīng)，使雙金屬元件的狀態(tài)發(fā)生快速變化，直接帶動(dòng)觸點(diǎn)實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)切斷和接通電路，起到過(guò)熱、過(guò)載保護(hù)作用。
HKW9700-F-G thermal protector use unique bimetal and don’tneed more auxiliary parts. Using bimetal Self-sensing temperatureand Current thermal effect to change the bimetal’s shape to controlthe electric circuit cut off or contact on. Overheat and overloaddouble protection.

5 產(chǎn)品性能performance
5.1額定電流rated power(COS∮=0.7)
DC 12V-12A 24V-8A、AC 250V-5A 125V 7A 可訂做10A
5.2斷開(kāi)溫度action temp：30℃～150℃; 復(fù)位溫度reset temp20℃～110℃。
5.3抗拉力試驗(yàn):產(chǎn)品的引線端應(yīng)能承受大于或等于20N拉力,導(dǎo)線無(wú)斷裂、滑出。
Tensile test:≥20N，No breaks or slips out of thewire
5.4絕緣電壓:Insulation voltage
a.產(chǎn)品在斷開(kāi)時(shí)的引線之間應(yīng)能承受AC660V,歷時(shí)1min而無(wú)擊穿閃絡(luò)現(xiàn)象;
In the power off state the insulation voltage between twowires should accept AC660V one minute withoutbreakdown andflashover.
b.產(chǎn)品引線與絕緣外殼之間能承受AC1800V,歷時(shí)1S而無(wú)擊穿閃絡(luò)現(xiàn)象;
The insulation voltage between the wires and shell shouldaccept AC1800V 1 second withoutbreakdown and flashover.
5.5絕緣電阻:在正常條件下,引線與絕緣外殼之間的絕緣電阻在100MΩ以上。
Insulation resistance:≥100MΩ
5.6接觸電阻:產(chǎn)品的接觸電阻應(yīng)不大于50mΩ。

5.7耐高溫試驗(yàn):產(chǎn)品置于額定動(dòng)作溫度50℃的空氣環(huán)境中保持96h。

5.8耐低溫試驗(yàn):產(chǎn)品置于-40℃空氣環(huán)境中保持96h。
Low temperature test：The product is kept in an airenvironment of -40°C for 96 h
5.9抗振試驗(yàn):熱保護(hù)器應(yīng)能承受振幅1.5mm,頻率變化10～55Hz，掃描變化周期3～5次/min，
振動(dòng)方向X、Y、Z，每個(gè)方向各連續(xù)振動(dòng)2h。
Anti-vibration test：The thermal protector should be ableto withstand an amplitude of 1.5mm, a frequency change of 10 to55Hz, and a scan change period of 3 to 5 times/min.
The vibration directions X, Y, and Z are continuouslyvibrated for 2 h in each direction.
5.10跌落試驗(yàn):產(chǎn)品自0.7m高度自由落下1次。
Drop test：The product is free to fall from a height of0.7m one time.
5.11抗壓試驗(yàn):產(chǎn)品應(yīng)能承受100N靜壓力1min。
Compression test:The product should be able to withstand100N static pressure for 1min
5.7,5.8,5.9,5.10,5.11項(xiàng)試驗(yàn)后應(yīng)滿(mǎn)足下列條件:

a. 斷開(kāi)溫度變化應(yīng)在初期值的+7℃以?xún)?nèi);

b.接觸電阻應(yīng)在100mΩ以下;

c.外形應(yīng)無(wú)明顯變形;

d.導(dǎo)線無(wú)開(kāi)裂損傷。

6 壽命 life time
產(chǎn)品在額定電壓、電流、功率因數(shù)為0.7的條件下,外加熱源使其動(dòng)作4000次,應(yīng)滿(mǎn)足下面條件:
The product is rated at voltage, current and power factorof 0.7.after 4000 cycles action
a斷開(kāi)溫度變化應(yīng)在初始值的+5℃以?xún)?nèi); The tolerance of off tempwithin ±5℃.
b接觸電阻應(yīng)在50mΩ以下; contact resistance≤50mΩ.
c繼續(xù)試驗(yàn)至6000次后能動(dòng)作;cycle life time over 6000times.
7 其它事項(xiàng):matters need attention
7.1斷開(kāi)溫度檢測(cè)的升溫速率應(yīng)控制為1℃/1min;
7.1The temperature rise rate for disconnection temperaturedetection should be controlled to 1°C / 1 min
7.2使用過(guò)程中產(chǎn)品不能承受強(qiáng)烈沖擊力及壓迫力;
