工作原理：比重清選機的篩床面在長、寬兩個方向都有一定的傾角，我們分別稱之為縱向傾角和橫向傾角，工作時，篩床在傳動機構的作用下作往復振動，種子落在篩床上，在下面風機氣流作用下，臺面上的種子進行了分層，較重的種子落在物料下層，受篩床振動的作用種子要沿振動方向往上運動。
working principle: the sieve bedof gravity separator has angle of inclination in the direction oflength and width. we call them vertical and horizontal angle ofinclination. when it works, sieve bed make back and forth movementunder the action of transmission then fall down on sieve bed. theseeds on the table are divided into strata under the action oflower air motor. the heavier seeds fall down on the lower materialand then move upward along the vibration direction under the actionof .along the direction of vibration of sieve bed.
較輕的種子浮在物料的上層，不能與篩床面接觸，由于臺面存在著橫向傾角，向下漂落。另外由于篩床縱向傾角的作用，隨著篩床的振動，物料沿篩床的長度方向向前運動，Zui終至出料口排出。由此可以看出，由于物料的比重差異，在比重清選機臺面上，它們運動的軌跡是不同的，從而達到了清選或分級的目的。
lighter seeds float on the uppermaterial and can not contact with the sieve bed and fall down dueto horizontal angle of inclination of sieve bed. materials willmove upward along length direction of sieve bed as sieve bedvibrates because of the action of vertical angle of inclination. atlast, the selected seeds are discharged from outlet. so seedshaving different track on the table can be separated according totheir different gravity.
