【物理性質(zhì)】熔點：288℃~290℃，旋光度:+100°,易溶于氯仿，溶于甲醇、乙醇，微溶于水
【適應癥】 臨床單劑用于治療男性各型陽痿及性功能減退。
【用量用法】口服：每次5.4mg，每日3次，10周為1療程。本品可與睪丸素合用增強其療效。一般情況下可口服，1次5～10mg，1日3次。由于其生物t1/2僅35分鐘，需經(jīng)2～3周的蓄積作用才能顯效。重癥者可皮下注射，1次10～20mg，1日2～3次，20次為1療程?！ 疽?guī)格】 片劑：5.4mg。注射液，每支10mg(0.5ml)。
本品能選擇性地阻斷突觸前的α2受體，促進去甲腎上腺素的釋放。它使海綿體神經(jīng)末梢釋放較多的去甲腎上腺素，減少陰莖靜脈回流，利于充血勃起。少量應用時，可使會陰部腫脹，刺激脊髓勃起中樞而使性功能亢進?？捎糜诠δ苄躁栶?。
