白藜蘆醇是蒽醌萜類化合物，主要來源于蓼科植物紫葡萄的果皮提取物。

測定方法（hplc）：色譜柱為eclipsexdb c8柱,流動相為乙腈-水,流速為1 ml/min,檢測波長為303nm
藥理作用：1、白藜蘆醇苷具有保護心肌細胞,改善微循環(huán),抑制血小板聚集,抵抗內(nèi)休克,降血脂,抗脂質(zhì)過氧化,鎮(zhèn)咳、平喘,抗病原微生物等多種藥理作用
2、白藜蘆醇是一種天然的抗氧化劑，可降低血液粘稠度，保持血液暢通，它也可防止癌癥的發(fā)生及發(fā)展，白藜蘆醇具有雌激素樣作用，可用于治療乳腺癌等疾病響脂類及花生回烯的代謝，抗血小板聚集和抗炎、抗過敏作用。具有抗血栓，明顯的抗氧化，抗自由基的作用。具有抗動脈粥樣硬化和冠心病，缺血性心臟病，高血脂的防治作用。
