用細(xì)度來判定彩涂板涂料性能指標(biāo)

細(xì)度是測(cè)定彩涂板涂料內(nèi)顏料、體質(zhì)顏料等顆粒的大小和分散的均勻程度，單位以微米勻，對(duì)外觀和裝飾性能均起到美化作用，且有良好的力學(xué)性能等。(pm)表示。彩涂板卷材涂料的背面漆和面漆對(duì)細(xì)度的要求均很高，一般控制在15~25pm，而底漆的細(xì)度則可以粗一些，一般控制在20-40pm。通常來說，細(xì)度小，能使涂層平整均細(xì)度的測(cè)定主要采用量程為50um 的刮板細(xì)度計(jì)(見圖 4-2)，檢驗(yàn)方法及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等效采用幾種規(guī)格。另配有一把刮刀。雙刃均磨光。用國(guó)標(biāo)GB1724-89(79)彩涂板涂料細(xì)度測(cè)定法。刮板細(xì)度計(jì)的構(gòu)造為一磨光的平板，由工具合金鋼制成。板上有一溝槽，在槽邊有刻度線，分為0-50pm、0-100pm、0-150m等

測(cè)量時(shí)需要注意以下幾點(diǎn):
(1)根據(jù)不同涂料類型選用不同量程范圍的細(xì)度計(jì)，可先用范圍大的細(xì)度計(jì)粗測(cè)。(2)在測(cè)板上端滴人涂料樣品1~2g左右，不要過多或過少。
(3雙手握住刮刀，使刮刀與磨光平板表面垂直接觸，以適宜的度由溝槽的深部向淺部拉過(一般用 3s時(shí)間)，使試樣充滿溝槽而平板上不留余料。

(4)在陽光下迅速讀數(shù)(不應(yīng)超過 5)，使視線與溝槽表面成 15*-30°角，以出現(xiàn)三個(gè)以上顆粒均勻顯露處讀數(shù)為準(zhǔn)。
