二、儀器概述

管材靜液壓試驗機用于測定熱塑性管材、復(fù)合管材（如PP—R、PP—B、PP—A、PE、PE—X、PVC、PVC—U、PVC—C及鋁塑復(fù)合管等各種管材）在長時間恒定內(nèi)壓和恒定溫度下的耐壓破壞時間或瞬時爆破的Zui大壓力值，是各科研院所、質(zhì)檢部門及管材生產(chǎn)廠家必備的檢測設(shè)備。根據(jù)管材的不同溫度、壓力和環(huán)應(yīng)力，在控制端上輸入不同的參數(shù)，高壓泵產(chǎn)生高壓液體，經(jīng)過壓力控制系統(tǒng)，由高壓軟管輸送給介質(zhì)恒溫箱內(nèi)的試樣中，進行管材的長時間靜液壓試驗。此設(shè)備能夠充分體現(xiàn)企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的水平。

Functional characteristics

1. All control parameters (pressure, time, precision) can beinput or adjusted by upper computer (precision pressuremicro-control unit) or lower computer (computer).

2. The upper and lower computer can display time (up to 9999hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds) pressure (three decimal points)and eight test states (boost, supplementary pressure, relief,operation, end, leakage, burst) simultaneously or independently inreal time. There is an acoustooptic alarm when there are fourstates: overpressure, end, leakage and burst.
