一  產(chǎn)品介紹;

  XRW-300熱變形、維卡軟化點(diǎn)溫度測定儀主要用于非金屬材料（如塑料、橡膠、尼龍、電絕緣材料等）的熱變形及維卡軟化點(diǎn)溫度的測定。具有質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定，操作簡單的特點(diǎn)，是化工企業(yè)、科研單位、大專院校等行業(yè)的理想測試工具。

工作原理

維卡（VST）定義：把試樣放在液體介質(zhì)或加熱箱中，在等速升溫條件下測定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)壓針在（50+1）N力的作用下，壓入從管材或管件上切取的試樣內(nèi)1mm時的溫度。

熱變形（HDT）定義：標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試樣以平放（優(yōu)選）或側(cè)立方式承受三點(diǎn)彎曲恒定負(fù)荷，使其產(chǎn)生GB/T1634相關(guān)部分規(guī)定的其中一種彎曲應(yīng)力，在勻速升溫條件下，測量達(dá)到與規(guī)定的彎曲應(yīng)變增量相對應(yīng)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)撓度時的溫度。

二 特點(diǎn):

1 試樣架為一體式結(jié)構(gòu)，膨脹系數(shù)小，實驗數(shù)據(jù)真實準(zhǔn)確。

2 采用成型單元控制器對升溫速率、溫度上限、溫度顯示進(jìn)行控制。

10 維卡負(fù)荷桿裝有負(fù)荷板，固定于剛性金屬架上，能在垂直方向自由移動。負(fù)載桿和金屬架構(gòu)件應(yīng)具有相同的膨脹系數(shù)。

11壓針頭為硬質(zhì)鋼制成，長3mm，橫截面積為1.000±0.015mm2的圓柱體，壓針頭下表面應(yīng)平整，垂直于負(fù)載桿的軸線，無毛刺。

12 外形尺寸為645mmx670mmx1450mm。

實現(xiàn)的功能:

    1、   實時顯示試驗溫度和溫度—變形曲線。

試驗過程中，通過輸入試樣的尺寸，可自動計算出試驗所須的負(fù)荷質(zhì)量。

上線溫度、變形量在使用范圍內(nèi)任意設(shè)定。

誤差通過軟件自動修正。

試驗曲線顏色任意設(shè)定，可以實時顯示和隱藏，并且曲線寬度粗細(xì)任意轉(zhuǎn)換。

試驗完成或達(dá)到上限溫度時，具有報警功能，并自動停止加熱。

試驗完成后，打印試驗曲線和試驗報告。查詢歷次試驗的歷史紀(jì)錄，并能重繪歷次試驗的試驗曲線。

用戶可對自己的使用軟件進(jìn)行三級密碼保護(hù)。

必須使用正板軟件進(jìn)行安裝，否則系統(tǒng)無法運(yùn)行。

The 10 vicar load bar is e with a load plate, fixed on arigid metal frame, and can move freely in the verticaldirection.

The load bar and metal structure should have the same expansioncoefficient.

The pressure needle is made of hard steel, 3mm long, and thecross sectional area is 1.000 + 0.015 mm2, the surface of thepressure needle should be flat, perpendicular to the axis of theload rod, without burr.

The size of 12 is 645mmx670mmx1450mm.

Implementation functions:

1. Real-time display test temperature and temperature -deformation curve.

6. When the test completes or reaches the upper limittemperature, it has alarm function and automatically stopsheating.

7. After completion of the test, print test curve and testreport.

Check the historical records of the previous experiments and canredraw the test curves of the previous experiments.

8. Users can make use of their own software for three-levelpassword protection.

9. You must use the positive board software for installation,otherwise the system will not work.
