臥式單螺桿泵操作保養(yǎng)規(guī)定:Horizontal single screw pumpoperation maintenance provisions:

     一、操作規(guī)程  1、檢查流程是否正確。 2、檢查聯(lián)軸器保護(hù)罩，地腳等部分螺絲是否緊固，有無松動(dòng)現(xiàn)象。3、軸承油盒要有充足的潤滑油，油位應(yīng)保持在規(guī)定范圍內(nèi)，油質(zhì)是否完好。 4、檢查電壓是否在規(guī)定范圍內(nèi)，外觀電機(jī)接線及接地是否正常。5、用手盤動(dòng)聯(lián)軸器，檢查泵內(nèi)有無異物碰撞雜聲或卡死現(xiàn)象，并給予消除。 6、停車前需先停止電機(jī)運(yùn)行，后關(guān)閉吸入管閥門，再關(guān)閉排出口閥門（防止干轉(zhuǎn)，以免擦傷工作表面）。A,operating rules 1, check whether the process is correct.2, checkthe coupling shield, whether the anchor parts such as screwfastening, the presence of loose phenomenon.3, bearing oil boxshould have plenty of oil, oil level should be kept within theprescribed scope, oil are in good condition.4, check whether thevoltage is within the scope of the regulations, electrical wiringand grounding are normal in appearance.5, with the hand disccoupling, check there are no foreign bodies collide in the pumpnoise or jammed phenomenon, and to give away.Need before 6, parkingto stop the motor running, after close the suction valve, thenclose the discharge valve (turn to prevent dry, so as not toscratch working surface).

     二、維護(hù)保養(yǎng)  1、檢查軸封及各接合密封面是否有泄漏； 2、檢查冷卻系統(tǒng)是否暢通，壓力、溫度是否在合理范圍；3、檢查運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的平穩(wěn)性，是否有振動(dòng)；4、檢查機(jī)座螺栓是否松動(dòng)； 5、長時(shí)間停車應(yīng)排凈系統(tǒng)中的物料，氣溫較低時(shí)檢查防凍防凝情況。2, 1, check the shaft seal and the maintenanceof joint sealing surface whether there is leakage;2, check whetherthe cooling system is open, pressure, temperature is in thereasonable scope;3, check the operation stability, whether to havevibration;4, check whether the mounting bolts is loose;5, stop fora long time should be no net system of material, the temperature islower check antifreeze anti coagulation conditions.

     三、注意事項(xiàng)  1、啟動(dòng)前一般應(yīng)全開入口閥、出口閥，打開出口閥后，應(yīng)盡快將泵啟動(dòng)。嚴(yán)禁在沒有打開出口閥的情況下開泵（如果出口閥關(guān)閉，必須保證出入口連通閥全開）。 2、嚴(yán)禁在沒有灌泵的情況下長時(shí)間運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。 3、出現(xiàn)下列情況立即停泵：嚴(yán)重泄漏、異常振動(dòng)、異味、火花、煙氣、撞擊、電流持續(xù)超高等現(xiàn)象。 4、螺桿泵在運(yùn)行過程中,軸承溫度不能超過環(huán)境溫度35℃,Zui高溫度不得超過80℃.1, before the start of the general considerations should be fullyopen the inlet valve and outlet valve, open the outlet valve,should will pump start as soon as possible.Is strictly forbidden inthe absence of open the outlet valve opening pump (if the outletvalve closed, must ensure that the gateway connected valves).2, itis strictly prohibited in the absence of irrigation pump long timerunning.3, stop the pump immediately in the followingcircumstances: serious leakage, abnormal vibration, bad breath, aspark, flue gas, such as collisions, current ultra-highphenomenon.4, screw pump in the process of operation, the bearingtemperature cannot exceed ambient temperature 35℃, the highest temperature should notexceed 80 ℃.單螺桿泵概述

　　螺桿具有單頭螺紋，其任意截面皆為半徑為R的圓，截面的中心位于螺旋線上且與螺桿的軸心線偏離一個(gè)偏心距e，繞軸旋轉(zhuǎn)且沿軸向移動(dòng)而形成的頭數(shù)比Lobes：螺桿的定子的頭數(shù)T1比轉(zhuǎn)子的頭數(shù)T2多一個(gè)，即T1=T2+1.他們的比值成為頭數(shù)比。螺桿泵可以分為單頭（1：2）和多頭（2：3，3：4）等。頭數(shù)比越多，螺桿泵的輸出扭矩越大，轉(zhuǎn)速越低。反之，輸出的扭矩越小，轉(zhuǎn)速越高.襯套內(nèi)表面具有雙螺紋，其任意截面為一長圓，兩端是半徑為R（等于螺桿截面半徑）的半圓，中間是長為4e的直線段。襯套的任意截面都是相同的長圓，只是彼此互相錯(cuò)開一個(gè)角度。螺桿裝入襯套后，螺桿表面與襯套內(nèi)螺紋表面之間形成一個(gè)個(gè)封閉的腔室，同時(shí)任意截面也被分成上下兩個(gè)月牙形工作室。當(dāng)螺桿旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，靠近吸入室的第一個(gè)工作室的容積逐漸增大，形成負(fù)壓，在壓差的作用下液體被吸入工作室。Whenthe screw rotates, the first studio near the suction chamber volumeincreases gradually, form the negative pressure, under the actionof pressure difference, liquid drawn into thestudio.隨著螺桿的繼續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，工作腔容積不斷增至Zui大后，這個(gè)工作室封閉，并將液體沿軸向推向壓出室。Asa continuation of the screw rotation, continuous working volume tomaximum, the studio closed, pushed along the axial liquid and thepressure out of the room.與此同時(shí)上下兩個(gè)工作室交替循環(huán)地吸入和排出液體，因此液體被連續(xù)不斷地從吸入室沿軸向推向壓出室。

　　單螺桿泵（helical rotor pump;single-screwpump;mono pump）屬于轉(zhuǎn)子式容積泵，它是依靠螺桿與襯套相互嚙合在吸入腔和排出腔產(chǎn)生容積變化來輸送液體的。它是一種內(nèi)嚙合的密閉式螺桿泵，主要工作部件由具有雙頭螺旋空腔的襯套（定子）和在定子腔內(nèi)與其嚙合的單頭螺旋螺桿（轉(zhuǎn)子）組成。當(dāng)輸入軸通過萬向節(jié)驅(qū)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)子繞定子中心作行星回轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，定子— 轉(zhuǎn)子副就連續(xù)地嚙合形成密封腔，這些密封腔容積不變地作勻速軸向運(yùn)動(dòng)，把輸送介質(zhì)從吸入端經(jīng)定子 — 轉(zhuǎn)子副輸送至壓出端，吸入密閉腔內(nèi)的介質(zhì)流過定子而不被攪動(dòng)和破壞。單螺桿泵分類：整體不銹鋼單螺桿泵，軸不銹鋼單螺桿泵。Singlescrew pump classification: overall stainless steel single screwpump, stainless steel shaft single screw pump.

　　選用泵的規(guī)格是根據(jù)被輸送液體的性質(zhì)和流量、壓力來決定的，而泵的轉(zhuǎn)速則由輸送液體的粘度和腐蝕性、作為主要參數(shù)來選擇，才能保證泵可靠運(yùn)行。泵的設(shè)計(jì)轉(zhuǎn)速為輸送清水或清水相類似的無腐蝕性液體時(shí)允許Zui高轉(zhuǎn)速，在實(shí)際使用中因介質(zhì)性質(zhì)與壽命要求不同，選用時(shí)一般都應(yīng)低于設(shè)計(jì)轉(zhuǎn)速。對高粘度和含顆粒介質(zhì)，一般采用設(shè)計(jì)轉(zhuǎn)速的1/2-1/3或更低些，低轉(zhuǎn)速對泵的磨損有利，但在使用后由于定子的磨損流量下降，這時(shí)可適當(dāng)提高轉(zhuǎn)速，以補(bǔ)償流量下降也為常策。輸送介質(zhì)的溫度應(yīng)在-10 ℃～80℃特殊情況可高達(dá)120℃。

泵的每級（定子的一個(gè)導(dǎo)程）正常壓力為 0.6Mpa，短時(shí)間（不超過30分鐘）內(nèi)允許高達(dá)0.8Mpa，當(dāng)磨損后在相同輸出壓力時(shí)的容積效率要逐步下降。泵送清水時(shí)Zui高吸程為8米，實(shí)際使用建議不超過6.5米，當(dāng)泵送高粘度介質(zhì)時(shí)，應(yīng)以正壓吸入。
