工作原理：
working principle:
手動傳動；由人工旋轉(zhuǎn)蝸輪傳動裝置的手輪帶動蝸輪副把動力傳給連桿，通過搖桿帶動各百葉軸使調(diào)節(jié)板同步旋轉(zhuǎn)，達到全開、全閉及任意調(diào)節(jié)的目的。閥門的開啟或關(guān)閉位置均由限位機構(gòu)限位，并有指示機構(gòu)顯示蝶板位置狀態(tài)。
the hand wheel of manual valve on the worm geartransmission device is rotated by hand to transport the power tothe connecting shaft, drive the blind axle through the rocker torotate the adjusting plate in order to open, close and adjust thevalve freely. the open or close position of valve gate is limitedby limiting device. the indicating device displays the position ofbutterfly disc.
自動傳動；由自動裝置的角位移帶動傳動軸，把動力傳給連桿，通過搖桿帶動各百葉軸使調(diào)節(jié)板作同步旋轉(zhuǎn)，達到全開、全閉及任意調(diào)節(jié)的目的。自動裝置與調(diào)節(jié)板的開度同步反饋4～20ma直流電信號，用戶可根據(jù)電流信號來控制調(diào)節(jié)器的任意開度。
the angle displacement of automatic device drive thetransmission shaft to transport the power to the connecting shaft,drive the blind axle through the rocker to rotate the adjustingplate in order to open, close and adjust the valve freely. thedirect current signal4～20mawill be feed back by automatic device and adjusting plate. user cancontrol the open angle of regulator freely according to the currentsignal.
安裝及調(diào)試：
installation and regulation
l 安裝前必須清潔調(diào)節(jié)器內(nèi)腔，不允許有任何雜物和污垢附著。
l 安裝前先手動啟閉調(diào)節(jié)器一個周期，按客戶工作系統(tǒng)要求對調(diào)節(jié)器做適當?shù)恼{(diào)整（出廠時已作標準調(diào)整），運行無誤后將調(diào)節(jié)器處于全閉狀態(tài)再進行安裝。
l 水平安裝或垂直安裝的閥門閥軸應(yīng)處于水平位置，傳動裝置不允許作起吊用，并嚴禁損傷。
l 氣流調(diào)節(jié)器為法蘭式連接，安裝時放置密封墊片（如示意圖）然后均勻鎖緊聯(lián)接螺栓。
l 先調(diào)試手傳動裝置，運行無誤后將調(diào)節(jié)板開啟一個角度，再調(diào)試自動、電動部分。
l 根據(jù)自動執(zhí)行機構(gòu)控制原理調(diào)整反饋的電流信號。（詳見其說明書）
l 調(diào)整完成后必須進行綜合性能檢查：接通電源開啟閥門，當閥門至“全開”“全閉”位置時，行程控制機構(gòu)應(yīng)準確地切斷電源，而轉(zhuǎn)矩限位機構(gòu)處于臨界動作狀態(tài)。開度指示機構(gòu)應(yīng)準確地顯示閥門的開啟狀態(tài)。
l 若傳動裝置配備手動，手動與電動機構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換時，應(yīng)切斷電源。
l thebody must be cleaned before installed and there is no dirt andsundries clinging to the body.
l trialoperation of valve should be done before install. open and closethe valve by hand for a period. adjust the regulator according tothe working system condition of user. install the valve in fullclose state when there is no mistake.
l thevalve axle must be on the horizontal position when installed inhorizontal or vertical. the transmission device cannot be hoistedand avoid damage when installed.
l pneumaticregulator is connected by flange. add sealing shim when install andthen lock down the connection bolt.
l debugthe manual device. open a angle after there is no mistake, and thendebug automatic or electric parts.
l adjustthe feedback of current sign according to the automatic actuatordevice control principle, which is detailed inspecification.
l syntheticperformance of the valve must be done after adjust is over: turn onthe power and open the valve, the stroke control device should cutdown the power exactly when the valve is in the state of full openor full close. while the torque limit device is in critical state.the open angle indicating device should display the open state ofthe valve gate exactly.
l cutdown the power when the manual and electric device isswitched.
運輸及保管：
transportation and protection
l 運輸時應(yīng)避免撞擊閥門及傳動裝置，閥門應(yīng)處于全閉位置，以防在運輸中板和傳動部件損壞。
l 當閥門水平放置運輸時傳動裝置及傳動部位應(yīng)懸空，以防止傳動軸受力過大變形損壞。
l 傳動裝置及傳動部位應(yīng)作防潮、防雨處理。
l 閥門應(yīng)存放在干燥的室內(nèi)，不允許露天存放或堆置。
l 閥門長期存放時應(yīng)使設(shè)備處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)，各傳動部位加潤滑油。傳動裝置作防潮、防塵處理。
l avoidbumping of the valve and transmission device. the valve is in fullclose in order to avoid damage of disc and driving part.
l transmissiondevice and part should be hung up when the valve is in horizontalin order to prevent damage of axle.
l treatmentof dampproof and rainproof should be done to transmission deviceand part.
l thevalve should be stored in dry room and should not be piled up inopen air.
l itshould be in full close state when long stored. add lubrication tothe transmission part and the device should be dampproof anddustproof.
維護及檢修：
maintenance and examination
l 定期檢查傳動裝置的運行情況：電機部分、控制開關(guān)是否異常。
l 定期給閥的傳動部位加潤滑油。
l 定期檢查閥的密封填料處，補充、更換填料以防介質(zhì)外泄。
l 對閥門周期性維護時應(yīng)全面檢查閥的各密封部位、傳動部位，對各密封部位應(yīng)進行檢測，對檢測數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)記錄在案。
l checkthe working condition of electric motor parts, control switch andsealing of pneumatic device regularly.
l addlubricant to the transmission parts regularly.
l checkthe sealing filler of the valve regularly. complement or changefiller avoiding leakage of medium.
l checkthe sealing parts and transmission partsthoroughly.detect the sealing parts and the detecting data should beregistered.
