ksx型風(fēng)動(dòng)溜槽
air transport flume
風(fēng)動(dòng)溜槽可在任何距離間散裝地輸送干燥松散易流態(tài)化的粉狀物質(zhì)，輸送能力可達(dá)1500m3/h。該輸送裝置廣泛適用于建材、冶金、輕化、糧食等行業(yè)中水泥成品、水泥生料、粉煤灰、面粉以及磨機(jī)、選粉機(jī)和窯的喂料等輸送。對(duì)粒度大、水分多、流態(tài)化性能差的物料不宜選用。
該輸送裝置分為下充氣層、中透氣層和上輸料層，由風(fēng)機(jī)給與低壓小容量的空氣，由充氣層內(nèi)透過(guò)透氣層，使物料流態(tài)化，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)物料的移動(dòng)。
該裝置能耗小、無(wú)噪音、無(wú)污染、無(wú)潤(rùn)滑、少維修，且輸送能力大，輕便，不占用有效空間，布線靈活，容易改變輸送方向。
風(fēng)動(dòng)溜槽只能在一定角度下向下輸送，不能向上輸送。若要向上輸送，請(qǐng)選用空氣提升器系統(tǒng)。風(fēng)動(dòng)溜槽的斜度，在工藝布置允許的條件下，采用較大的斜度對(duì)輸送有利。其斜度一般為4～6%，輸送粗料時(shí)，建議斜度不小于10%。
the device can transport dry fluidity powder material inany distance. the transport ability is 1500m3/h. it iswidely used in building material, metallurgy, light chemical andfeed industries etc to feed or transport cement, powder coal andflour of milling and stove. but it is not suitable for the materialof great granularity, big washiness and bad fluidity.
the device is divided into three layers. puff layer isbelow the device, transport material layer is above and ventilatelayer is in the center of device. low pressure and little volumeair supplied by wind machine flow from puff layer to ventilatelayer, making the material flowing and realize the moving ofmaterial.
it has the features of little cost of energy, no noise, nopollution, no lubrication, low maintain ratio, high carryingability, lightweight, saving effective place, agility to disposewire and easy to change transport direction.
it is only can transport in certain angles, not upwards.otherwise please choose air-elevating system. great obliquity isgood for transporting if the technics disposal permits. obli always 4～6%. commendatory obliquity ismore than 10% when transport coarse material.
