故障的現場檢測與診斷

   （1）現場的初步檢查與診斷

    根據故障現象查清有關情況，對照液壓系統(tǒng)圖分析產生故障的部位和初步原因，不可忽視看起來十分簡單的原因，更不可盲目亂拆，以免造成不必要的損失。在具體的檢查過程中應掃以下步驟進行。

   ①向駕駛員了解情況，對故障產生時機器的狀態(tài)，聲音等都要做詳盡了解，避免了小題大做，化易為難。如一臺966D裝載機，在給變速器換完油后發(fā)現機器行走無力。變矩器油溫過高。經檢查發(fā)現，所加傳動油號錯誤，在弄清了引發(fā)故障的原因后，故障得以迅速排除。

   ②進行必要的具體操作。有時，駕駛員對機器故障的因果關系陳述不清，致使故障診斷困難，這時進行必要的現場操作將獲益匪淺。

   ③油質、油量的檢查。此內容看似簡單，社施起來卻常被忽視。如一臺966D裝載機（其行走機構為液壓力傳動系統(tǒng)），駕駛員放假時已將變速器油放完。待工地搬遷后助手來開車時，發(fā)現機器不能行走，原以為是出了大故障，但維修人員在現場只作憑聽聲音、檢查油尺就解決了問題，避免了大事故的發(fā)生。又如，一臺日立EX220-2挖掘機，在修理完液壓缸后發(fā)現液壓油不足，而現場采購的液壓油為土法提煉的再生油，續(xù)加到油箱后造成了油質的污染。變質起泡，致使機器動作無力，更換液壓油后故障得以排除。因此，對油質，油量的檢查必須引起足夠的重視；否則將燒壞液壓泵，損壞傳動系統(tǒng)。

   ④檢查各種濾芯。濾油器是液壓系統(tǒng)的清潔工具，在故障診斷時，檢查濾油器（臺濾油器的臟污程度、濾芯上各種雜質的性狀等）可為進一步分析故障提供依據。如一臺加騰HD820型挖掘機，在運轉了4000h左右后發(fā)現整機無力；拆檢其液壓系統(tǒng)濾油器時，發(fā)現濾芯損壞，堵住了回油口，更換濾芯后故障得以排除。

    如果通過以上的初步檢查后仍不能排除故障，則應借助儀器做更為詳細的檢測。
