樹脂重負(fù)荷鋼坯修磨砂輪是用鋯剛玉和燒結(jié)剛玉作為主要原材料，用高強(qiáng)度改性樹脂作為結(jié)合劑，同時(shí)在固化劑、增韌劑、偶聯(lián)劑、阻燃劑、防老劑等有機(jī)和無機(jī)填料的作用下,經(jīng)過配料、混料、熱壓、硬化、加工等工序精心制做而成。

該產(chǎn)品主要應(yīng)用于鋼鐵工業(yè)中對(duì)鋼坯、鋼錠、鋼板表面缺陷的修磨以及鋼材表面氧化層的全修磨和局部修磨。具有磨削負(fù)荷大，磨削比和磨削效率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，而且極大地降低了操作者勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，改善了操作環(huán)境，提高了鋼材表面的修磨質(zhì)量。
