◆雙油缸液壓系統(tǒng)，精密四柱，雙連桿自動(dòng)平衡連桿結(jié)構(gòu)，確保上下工作臺(tái)面平面精度，保證每一個(gè)裁斷點(diǎn)受力相同。
◆plc觸摸屏控制系統(tǒng)，操作簡(jiǎn)單快捷，自動(dòng)化程度高。
◆可單或雙工位設(shè)計(jì)，前后工位可獨(dú)立控制操作，實(shí)現(xiàn)一機(jī)同時(shí)沖切兩兩種不同高度的刀模，令生產(chǎn)效率提高至2倍。
◆線性滑軌，伺服電機(jī)控制，擺桿推動(dòng)送料板往返式送料，送料進(jìn)退精準(zhǔn)平穩(wěn)，輕巧無聲。
◆整體沖裁區(qū)域內(nèi)動(dòng)態(tài)沖切重復(fù)精度：±0.05mm，設(shè)備運(yùn)行噪音：≤60分貝。
