◆電腦數(shù)控系統(tǒng)，觸控式控制，操作更簡單快捷。
◆氣缸控制夾具夾持皮帶和材料送料，以皮帶代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)裁切膠板進行裁切,屏幕上觸控數(shù)字輸入，村料從機器的一端輸入，經(jīng)裁切、壓痕后從另一端輸出，配置多卷入料架，多層沖裁。沖裁次數(shù)達20-30次/分鐘，高效提升生產(chǎn)率。
◆伺服電機送定長度，送料，邊料損耗少，節(jié)約原材料。
◆材料進、出自動化流水性作業(yè)，大大減少人力資源。
◆上工作臺安裝可調(diào)式刀模夾緊裝置，換刀快捷方便。
