●神農(nóng)泥炭生產(chǎn)過程：

1、采收：機(jī)械化開采。切割法和吸收法。切割法是將泥炭地表面進(jìn)行塊狀成條狀，切割后堆放收集。吸收法是將泥炭地表層打碎后通過真空方法直接收集。

2、分類：將冬天和初春開采出來的泥炭，按不同層面，不同種類，不同用途，不同纖維規(guī)格，分別進(jìn)行集中整理和堆放，進(jìn)行表面消毒和雜質(zhì)處理，確保泥炭成品質(zhì)量要求。

3、混合：根據(jù)園藝植物的不同品種和特點(diǎn)，選擇相應(yīng)泥炭，按預(yù)定配方，合理配比營養(yǎng)元素和濕潤劑，以及其他相關(guān)基質(zhì)。

4、檢測：質(zhì)量管理體系嚴(yán)格，實(shí)時現(xiàn)場監(jiān)控，確保每個批次產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，每批產(chǎn)品小樣封存一年，神農(nóng)泥炭質(zhì)量檢測中心將無償為客戶測土配方，提供產(chǎn)品種植全程的檢測服務(wù)。

1.harvest:mechnical harvest by cutting way andabsorbing way. by cutting way , put the surface of peat into blockthen form piece , place them together (harvest)after cutting.byabsorbing way,make the peat broken into pieces ,then harvestdirectly them by vacumn way .

2.classification:dig the peat moss in early springand winter,classified by different peat moss layer ,differenttype,different use,different fiber specification,collect and heapthem seperately,then disinfect on the surface and carry on mixturetreatment to ensure the of peat moss

3. mix:according to different plant species andcharacteristic,we selected suitable peat moss then mix nutritiouselement . wet agent and other growing medium.
