1、采收：機(jī)械化開采。切割法和吸收法。切割法是將泥炭地表面進(jìn)行塊狀成條狀，切割后堆放收集。吸收法是將泥炭地表層打碎后通過(guò)真空方法直接收集。

2、分類：將冬天和初春開采出來(lái)的泥炭，按不同層面，不同種類，不同用途，不同纖維規(guī)格，分別進(jìn)行集中整理和堆放，進(jìn)行表面消毒和雜質(zhì)處理，確保泥炭成品質(zhì)量要求。

3、混合：根據(jù)園藝植物的不同品種和特點(diǎn)，選擇相應(yīng)泥炭，按預(yù)定配方，合理配比營(yíng)養(yǎng)元素和濕潤(rùn)劑，以及其他相關(guān)基質(zhì)。
