1.國內(nèi)使館蓋章中的“單蓋章”

所謂國內(nèi)使館蓋章中的“單蓋章”，是指我國內(nèi)出具的涉外公證/書或商業(yè)文書擬送往國外使用前，辦-理好我國外交部認證司或其授權的地方外辦的使館蓋章后，文書使用國告知，無需辦-理該國駐華使館的使館蓋章，文書使用國即可接受該文書。這通常被叫做“單蓋章”。

2.國內(nèi)使館蓋章中的“雙蓋章”

所謂“雙蓋章”，是指我國涉外公證或商業(yè)文書在送國外使用前，辦好我國外交部認證司或其授權的地方外辦的使館蓋章后，還需按文書使用國要求辦-理該國駐華使館的使館蓋章，方可被文書使用國接受。這通常被叫做“雙蓋章”。

3.如何知道要辦-理單蓋章還是雙蓋章

一般情況下，應按照有關駐華使館和文書使用國的要求辦-理單蓋章或雙蓋章。
