本文扼要綜述關(guān)于混凝土中摻入部分堿活性集料后,對后期強(qiáng)度和膨脹開裂影響的試驗(yàn)研究和長期觀測結(jié)果。

Thealkali-aggregate reaction (AAR) occurred in the ocean concreteproject of Beilun seaport harbor in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, wasstudied by means of the petrography analysis, the autoclave rapidtest method, SEM/EDAX, XRDA and otherues. 對浙江省寧波北侖港海工混凝土構(gòu)件，用巖相法、掃描電鏡／能譜分析、快速壓蒸測長法，X－射線衍射分析等方法進(jìn)行研究，發(fā)現(xiàn)在浪濺區(qū)凡表面開裂剝落的混凝土構(gòu)件中都含有大量的活性集料，并發(fā)生了堿集料反應(yīng)，而表面完整沒有裂紋的混凝土構(gòu)件中活性集料較少；結(jié)果表明，海工混凝土如使用堿活性集料，它與來自海水中的堿將會(huì)發(fā)生反應(yīng)造成混凝土開裂；堿集料反應(yīng)和鋼筋銹蝕等破壞作用的相互促進(jìn)，使海工混凝土構(gòu)件的耐久性大大下降。
