this spray guncan be used with products having a viscosity ranging from 25 to amaximum of 50 seconds. dip the viscosity cup into the material andfill up. time how long it takes for the viscosity cup to empty(fig.1). using the above chart (or manufacturer’s instructions ) asa guide determine if the material requires further thinning, if sothen thin accordingly.

if theuires thinning, start with a 10% dilution of the paint. to dothis, fill a 1 liter container with the required paint. theviscosity cup supplied with the unit holds 1/10 of a liter, blockthe hole in the viscosity cup and fill up with the re add the thinner to the paint and stir, measure theviscosity using the recommended viscosity chart above. if theuires further thinning, dilute the paint by another 5%(5% willbe equal to half a viscosity cup)with the required thinner andmeasure the viscosity, if the paint is not at its recommendedviscosity, repeat the above step.

噴涂方式：

噴槍有三個(gè)不同的噴涂模式：水平，垂直，圓點(diǎn)

水平和垂直噴射用于大面積噴漆，圓點(diǎn)噴射用于小面積，比如角落，或者夠不到的地方。

涂料容量

噴漆量很容易調(diào)整（參照?qǐng)D3），順時(shí)針方向?qū)⑿o調(diào)節(jié)閥。按住扳手，逆時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)節(jié)閥，直到你需要噴霧效果。如果噴射太寬或者想量更大，再順時(shí)針調(diào)節(jié)，直至滿意后再工作。

清洗步驟：

1、卸下料桶

2、將未用完的涂料倒入原桶中，以便下次使用。

3、倒入一定量的稀釋液，輕輕搖晃，重新裝好噴槍，將稀釋液通過槍體噴出。重復(fù)以上步驟，直至稀釋液全部噴出，

4、清洗噴槍外面的一些涂料

5、清洗料桶密封圈。
