30A系列產(chǎn)品是由ZXD150030A整流模塊組合而成的電源系統(tǒng)。主要有ZXDU300(2米高機架)、ZXDU300（1.6米高機架）組合電源系統(tǒng)。整流器由兩級電路組成：前級PFC功率因數(shù)校正，后級DC-DC功率變換。輸入電路包括輸入EMI、緩啟動、浪涌雷擊防護整流和輸入浪涌電流限制電路，使整流器具有較小的開機浪涌電流和較好的電磁兼容性。整流后直接進入前級功率因數(shù)校正電路功率因數(shù)校正主電路為Boost電路，控制采用平均電流控制方式，輸入端的功率因數(shù)

接近1,諧波電流小于10%,以滿足相應(yīng)的。主二極管零電流關(guān)斷，主開關(guān)管

零電流開通,功率器件工作應(yīng)力較小,提高了系統(tǒng)的效率和可靠性，同時使系統(tǒng)具有

出穩(wěn)定的410V直流電壓，這樣有利于后級DC-DC的優(yōu)化設(shè)計，使系統(tǒng)具有良好的源效

應(yīng)。后級直流-直流功率變換電路采用雙管正激加無損吸收電路。電路簡潔可靠,開

關(guān)管無直通之危險。無損吸收減小了開關(guān)管的關(guān)斷時的電壓應(yīng)力,輸出端具有較小的

磁干擾。

整流器前后級都采用電流型控制芯片,具有快速的響應(yīng)，對使用不當(dāng)或負載故障造成

的輸出短路提供快速的保護。熱插拔技術(shù)的采用使整流器可以即插即用，大大縮短

整流器的MTTR，提高了系統(tǒng)的可維性和可靠性。內(nèi)部具有輸入過欠壓檢測和保護、

輸出過壓保護、變壓器原邊過流峰值保護、過熱保護等。

整流器通過硬件把輸出電流以及各種告警信息上報給監(jiān)控；監(jiān)控可以通過接口調(diào)整

整流器的輸出電壓，完成對整流器的開關(guān)機控制，實現(xiàn)“三遙”功能。

輔助電源提供整流器內(nèi)部控制電路所需的電源。
