采用x射線衍射、透射電鏡和電子衍射技術(shù)對fe3 al/q2 35真空擴散焊界面附近的微觀相結(jié)構(gòu)進行了試驗研究。試驗結(jié)果表明,當加熱溫度10 5 0～ 10 80℃ ,保溫時間 6 0min ,壓力9.8mpa時 ,fe3 al金屬間化合物與q235鋼擴散焊界面附近形成了明顯的擴散過渡區(qū) ,該過渡區(qū)由fe3 al相和α -fe(al)固溶體構(gòu)成 ,顯微硬度約為 4 80～5 40hm ,不存在含鋁較高的高硬度脆性相。有利于提高fe3 al/q235擴散過渡區(qū)的韌性,提高擴散焊接頭的抗裂紋能力。擴散過渡區(qū)中的fe3 al相與α -fe(al)固溶體之間存在著 (11- 0 )α -fe(al) ∥ (0 11) fe3al和 [0 0 1]α -fe(al) ∥ [10 0]fe3al的晶體學取向關(guān)系。
