四輥濕式磁選機
tcws4g系列四輥濕式磁選機是上部給礦順流式組合機型，礦石經(jīng)料倉通過導(dǎo)料盤進入磁場區(qū)，磁性礦物被吸附在磁輥表面旋轉(zhuǎn)到達精礦區(qū)，毛刷將吸附在磁輥表面上的磁性礦刷脫，在高壓水的噴射下落到精礦斗里，部分未被吸附的磁性礦粒、非磁性礦粒和磁性較弱的礦粒由順流磁輥下方的出料口排出，進入到下一級再選，從而達到分選的目的。本機Zui后一級根據(jù)需要，可以方便、快捷地對精礦或尾礦進行復(fù)選。
適用范圍
1.對赤鐵礦、假像赤鐵礦、鏡鐵礦、褐鐵礦、菱鐵礦、錳礦、鉻鐵礦等的分選，對含有微量強磁性礦物的分選尤佳。
2.對原生鈦鐵礦、海濱砂礦、原生金紅石、黑鎢礦等有色金屬的粗選。

1. to separate hematite, supposed hematite, specularite, limonite,siderite, manganese ore, chromite and so on. the effect isespecially good when separating the trace minerals with strongmagnetism.
