The CMD178C3 is a general purpose double balanced mixer MMIC in aleadless surface mount (SMT) package that can be used for up- anddownconverting applications between 11 and 20 GHz. The CMD178C3 hasvery high isolation to both the RF and IF ports due to theoptimized balun structures, and can operate with an LO drive levelas low as +9 dBm. The CMD178C3 mixer MMIC can easily be configuredas an image reject mixer or single sideband modulator with externalhybrids and power splitters.
CMD261 30-46 GHz (Ka, Q Band) High IF Bandwidth Mixer
The CMD261 is ageneral purpose double balanced mixer die with ultra wide IFbandwidth that can be used for up- and downconverting applicationsbetween 30 and 46 GHz. The CMD261 has very high isolation to boththe RF and IF ports due to the optimized balun structures, and canoperate with an LO drive level as low as +15 dBm. The CMD261 caneasily be configured as an image reject mixer or single sidebandmodulator with external hybrids and power splitters.
