油墨是為了在PP等硬質(zhì)聚烯烴類材料上印刷而開發(fā)出來的揮發(fā)性干燥型的油墨。         推薦用途    經(jīng)處理PP片材，未處理PP片材，經(jīng)處理PE瓶等硬質(zhì)聚烯烴類，以及金屬涂裝板等上的印刷。    (PP:是聚丙烯的簡稱，PE:是聚乙烯的簡稱)         特長    對(duì)聚烯烴類材質(zhì)的附著性。     油墨皮膜強(qiáng)韌，耐磨耗性佳。     耐油性，耐酒精性與耐化學(xué)藥品性。     耐光性，耐水性，耐濕性好。PP油墨特性：免處理、耐磨達(dá)6級(jí)、耐刮達(dá)5級(jí)、耐酒精、白電油、溶濟(jì)、抗酸、堿，曲折性好、好調(diào)色，耐候性佳，油墨細(xì)膩均勻好施工，劃格子用3M膠子粘性能測試通過附著力強(qiáng)，低氣味無毒油墨。PP油墨用途：硬質(zhì)PP、有處理之PE材質(zhì)、如、文具夾、化狀瓶、藥瓶、商標(biāo)、掉牌、溶器罐、頭盔、汽車部件、電子制品配件、電器產(chǎn)品配件、特種行業(yè)的產(chǎn)品，等聚丙烯材質(zhì)（PP）的印刷或噴涂工藝。PP系列油墨 　　油墨特性：擁有和德國彩麗寶一樣的顏色，主要用于PP、PE、BOPP等材料上，具有高色澤、高色彩、高遮蓋力、高穩(wěn)定性、耐酒精及耐磨擦之特點(diǎn)。 　　印刷：絲印移印均可。  　　表干及實(shí)干時(shí)間：表干時(shí)間自然揮發(fā)5-10分鐘；實(shí)干時(shí)間在24小時(shí)以內(nèi)。 　　稀釋及清洗：SV3慢干開油水、UVK1（移印開油水）同時(shí)可使用718洗網(wǎng)水清洗。  　　 　　測試方法（完全干燥后）：  　　1、3m膠紙粘在畫有百格的油墨表面，45度角迅速拉起不脫油； 　　2、純度99%的工業(yè)酒精，一千克砝碼用棉布包住在油墨表面，以水平力來回拉200次無脫色； 　　3、耐磨：橡皮擦500g力水平來回擦500次。 　　  　　使用方法：  　　1、使用前應(yīng)充分?jǐn)嚢?，用后隨時(shí)封閉； 　　2、攪拌時(shí)加開油水10-15%，稀釋到印刷粘度；  　　3、網(wǎng)板塞網(wǎng)時(shí)可用洗網(wǎng)水清洗； 　　4、不得與其它類型油墨混合使用。  　　  　　注意事項(xiàng)： 　　1、塑膠材料的外觀相似，但可能會(huì)是不同的材料，客戶需試印確定其符合要求后，再批量印刷； 　　2、在移印過程中，如出現(xiàn)拉絲或散開，可適當(dāng)加入一些慢干膏即可； 　　3、環(huán)境溫度過高，將會(huì)影響油墨原有質(zhì)量； 　　4、根據(jù)氣候變化，請(qǐng)遠(yuǎn)離火源，陰暗環(huán)境下存放。 Ink characteristics: have and Germany Caili treasure the same color, is mainly used for PP, PE, BOPP and other materials, with a high color, high color, high covering power, alcohol resistant and wear resistance, high stability.Printing: silk screen printing can be.Table dry and work time: surface dry time natural volatile 5-10 minutes; work time within 24 hours.Dilution and cleaning: SV3 slow dry open water, UVK1(printing open water) also can use 718 washing network water cleaning.Test method (completely dry):1, 3M adhesive tape sticky ink surface adhesion in painting,45 degree angle  pulled off the oil;2, purity 99% of industrial alcohol, using cotton bag in the surface of the ink one kilogram weight to horizontal force and pull 200 times without decolorization;3, wear: the eraser 500g force level wipe 500 times back and forth.Method of use:1, before the use should be fully mixing, use at any time after the closure;2, mixing an additional 10-15% in oil and water, diluted to printing viscosity;3, mesh plug mesh can be used when washing network water cleaning;4, shall not be mixed with other types of ink.The matters needing attention:1, the plastic material of similar appearance, but may be of different materials, customers need to try to determine its re, and then bulk printing;2, in the printing process, such as drawing or spread out,may be appropriate to add some slow dry paste can be;3, the ambient temperature is too high, it will affect the  of the original ink;4, according to the climate change, please stay away from fire, stored in dark environment.
