The PC-45specific gravity stone remover is designed by our factory, drawingon the design concepts of various stone removers from both domesticand international sources, and based on the specific gravitydifferences between different species. It has a wide range ofapplications and is primarily used in grain processing plants toseparate impurities with a specific gravity greater than that ofthe grain, such as stones, from various granular materialsincluding wheat, rice, soybeans, rice, rapeseed, and peanuts. It ismainly used to clean sand, clay, bricks, grass, straw, stones, andother heavy and light impurities from rice, wheat, corn, soybeans, and millet (by changing the screen). This product has a simplestructure, easy adjustment and maintenance; it has a high stoneremoval rate, basically achieving "no stones in the grain and nograin in the stones"; it has high output and low noise. In theprocess design, the stone remover needs to be arranged at the laterstage of the cleaning process, so that the grain entering themachine, after removing large, medium, small, light impurities andmagnetic metal impurities, is less likely to block the holes on thestone removal plate, thus achieving a relatively stable stoneremoval effect.
