概述

本絕全自動(dòng)電力安全工器具測(cè)試系統(tǒng)是按照電力公司關(guān)于頒發(fā)《電力安全工器具預(yù)防性試驗(yàn)規(guī)程》(試行)的通知(國(guó)電發(fā)[2002]777號(hào))和電網(wǎng)公司電力安全工作規(guī)程（變電部分）的要求的基礎(chǔ)上，聯(lián)合高校廈門(mén)理工學(xué)院研制生產(chǎn)，并獲得廈門(mén)市政府科技創(chuàng)新基金的資金支持。本產(chǎn)品各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均符合國(guó)標(biāo)的要求?？梢园础峨娏Π踩て骶哳A(yù)防性試驗(yàn)規(guī)程》要求對(duì)絕緣鞋、絕緣手套等安全工器具進(jìn)行智能化絕緣耐壓試驗(yàn)，絕緣靴及絕緣手套耐試驗(yàn)周期為半年，試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中不允許擊穿，同時(shí)絕緣靴絕緣絕緣手套泄漏電流不大于限定值。產(chǎn)品適用于所有與電力相關(guān)行業(yè)。

 絕緣鞋、絕緣手套試驗(yàn)。

功能特點(diǎn)

1. 儀器可以同時(shí)進(jìn)行8只絕緣靴或絕緣手套的試驗(yàn)，并測(cè)量每只試品的泄漏電流。

2. 絕緣鞋試驗(yàn)采用里面放置小鋼珠的干式試驗(yàn)方法，擺脫了傳統(tǒng)的往鞋子里灌水做試驗(yàn)，試驗(yàn)完畢后不易曬干的做法。

3. 測(cè)量電壓和測(cè)量電流采用高低壓相互對(duì)應(yīng)實(shí)時(shí)比較，保證測(cè)量電壓電流值的準(zhǔn)確性。

4. 高低壓分離，泄漏電流采用抗干擾無(wú)線傳輸技術(shù)傳輸回控制箱，極大的保護(hù)人身的安全。

5. 每路試品均具有分?jǐn)鄼C(jī)構(gòu)，當(dāng)任意一路擊穿時(shí)或超過(guò)設(shè)定泄漏電流值時(shí)，該路試品將自動(dòng)脫離試驗(yàn)，不影響其它試品進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。

6.儀器采用大屏幕液晶漢字顯示，顯示信息量大，一屏同時(shí)顯示試驗(yàn)電壓、8路高壓泄漏電流、萬(wàn)年歷、計(jì)時(shí)時(shí)間等參數(shù)以及漢字提示內(nèi)容。

7.采用高細(xì)度的步進(jìn)電機(jī)控制調(diào)壓器升壓過(guò)程，全自動(dòng)進(jìn)行耐壓試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)開(kāi)始后，儀器自動(dòng)合閘以國(guó)標(biāo)要求升壓速度自動(dòng)升壓，到達(dá)預(yù)定電壓開(kāi)始計(jì)時(shí)，并保持試驗(yàn)電壓、計(jì)時(shí)到、自動(dòng)降壓，到零后自動(dòng)斷電，提示試驗(yàn)結(jié)束，同時(shí)顯示各試品泄漏電流，并自動(dòng)保存測(cè)試結(jié)果。

8. 絕緣靴試驗(yàn)具有專(zhuān)用金屬接地托盤(pán)，絕緣手套試驗(yàn)具有專(zhuān)用容器，便于操作。

9. 試驗(yàn)變壓器變比自由設(shè)定，可以與客戶(hù)現(xiàn)有變壓器相互配套。

10. 具有過(guò)流保護(hù)功能。
