完全生物降解塑料主要是由天然高分子（如淀粉、纖維素、甲殼質(zhì)）或農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品經(jīng)微生物發(fā)酵或合成具有生物降解性的高分子制得，如熱塑性淀粉塑料、脂肪族聚酯、聚乳酸、淀粉/聚乙烯醇等均屬這類塑料

完全生物降解塑料PBS由丁二醇和丁二酸及其它組分經(jīng)縮合聚合而得。在使用過程中性能穩(wěn)定，使用后能在堆肥、土壤、水和活化污泥等環(huán)境下被微生物或動植物體內(nèi)的酶Zui終分解為二氧化碳和水，具有良好的生物相容性和生物可吸收性，對環(huán)境友好，是根治傳統(tǒng)塑料產(chǎn)生的“白色污染”的良方。

PBAT優(yōu)勢：

第一，具有很好的機(jī)械性能和加工性能，力學(xué)性能介于PE、PP之間，能滿足通用塑料的使用要求；可在通用聚酯加工設(shè)備上進(jìn)行各類成型加工，是目前通用型完全生物降解塑料中加工性能的（這一點(diǎn)對降解塑料的應(yīng)用至關(guān)重要）。

第二，具有非常好的降解性能，在堆肥條件下，90天生物降解率達(dá)到90%以上(#）。

第三，具有出色的耐熱性能，熱變形溫度接近100℃，改性后可超過100℃（在完全可生物降解聚酯中耐熱性能），可用于制備冷熱飲、餐盒等包裝領(lǐng)域。

第四，具有價格優(yōu)勢，規(guī)模生產(chǎn)后，價格有望突破2萬元/噸，原料可有生物發(fā)酵途徑得到。

Third, the PBS series polyester has excellent heat resistance.PBSis completely biodegradable polyester heat resistance the bestvarieties, thermal deformation temperature close to 100 DEG C,modified after more than 100 DEG C, to meet the needs of dailyactivities of heat can be used for preparation of hot and colddrinks packaging and containers. This than poly lactic acid has theadvantage. Poly lactic acid process stability and product of heatresistance is not very ideal.

4 degradation conditions
