I.INTRODUCTION

        Thevibration acceleration sensor is composed of an internalacceleration-sensitive element and primary circuits foramplification, filtering, and integration. It uses a +24VDC 4~ 10mAconstant current source to power the device, with an output biasvoltage of around 11VDC. The sensor can measure accelerations up to50g from 0.1HZ to a maximum of 5kHz, or velocities up to 50mm/sfrom 5HZ to a maximum of 5kHz. The acceleration sensor boastsadvantages such as a wide frequency range, large dynamic range,robustness, high reliability, good stability, easy installation,and strong interference resistance.

        Vibrationacceleration sensors are widely used in the monitoring of e status across various industries. The vibration levelduring e operation is a crucial indicator for assessingwhether the e is functioning properly. When used inconjunction with our company's vibration monitors, the accelerationsensor can output vibration acceleration, velocity, anddisplacement signal values.

4. INSTALLATIONMETHOD

1. Installationinstructions:

The mounting base is connected to theshell of the measured point by M6 bolts. An M6X1 mounting hole isdrilled in the measured point with a depth of about 7mm. The sensorcan be tightened into the mounting hole.

2. Wiringinstructions:

In the field, only the two coreshielded cable should be wired according to there:

Terminal 1 (white wire +): Connect toinstrument IN

Terminal 2 (black wire-): Connect toinstrument COM

Shield wire: Connect to theinstrument shield
