設備主要特點

1.電阻焊是靠焊接電流通過工件而工件本身的電阻產生的高溫熱來熔合焊接的，因此可通過調整提高和改變焊接電流的頻率來使焊接過程更加優(yōu)化，焊接過程控制的更好，從而提高產品的焊接質量。

中頻焊機就是在此原理基礎上研發(fā)產生，普通交流工頻焊機的頻率是50HZ或者60HZ，而中頻焊機的頻率是1000HZ，時間控制精度高，功率因數(shù)達98%，無電磁感應渦流干擾，焊接質量相對提高很多。

2.但是并非所有工件的焊接電流值都是1000HZ，有些需要更大一些的焊接頻率，有些則需要小一些，我們公司在此基礎上又研發(fā)出焊接電流頻率可調可變的性能更優(yōu)良的VF系列變頻焊機。其原理是通過加有IGBT的脈沖寬度可調的“焊接控制器”及輸出電壓V和變壓器匝數(shù)N可調的“焊接變壓器”一起實現(xiàn)焊接頻率可調。

3.然而這兩種焊接都不會根據(jù)工件的細微變化自動調整焊接電流的大小，為了滿足汽車，飛機等高端產品對焊接質量的更高需要，我們公司又在以上兩種焊機的基礎上加裝了“動態(tài)電阻原理的中頻自適應控制系統(tǒng)”，

該系統(tǒng)以恒流方式控制技術為基礎，根據(jù)工件板厚、工件表面污垢及銹蝕程度，操作人員個體差異性等因素的細微變化及焊點的分流等情況，自動調整焊接過程中的每一個焊點的焊接電流，保證焊接質量和焊接效果的高度一致性。

4.中頻電源及變頻電源都是由三相電網(wǎng)供電，而不是傳統(tǒng)的工頻交流焊機的兩相供電，不會造成電網(wǎng)的波動，同時對電網(wǎng)自身的波動，電壓的突然升降，適應性也較強。電流輸出更、更穩(wěn)定，更節(jié)能、更高效。

5.特別適合焊接導電率較高的鋁，銅材料，比較厚的工件，汽車，航天飛機，其他高端產品及行業(yè)的焊接。

Main Application andCharacteristic

1. Resistance Welding is onekind of welding technology which melt the metal material by theresistance heating energy which is generated by the welding currentpassing the workpiece itself.Therefore by increase or adjusting thewelding current frequency,it can change and improve the welding.

Just basing on this theory,wedevelop the Middle Frequency Inverter DC Welding Machine,itswelding current frequency increase to 1000HZ from common 50HZ or60HZ.

The controlling time precisionis much higher, the power factor is more than 98%,without eddycurrent electromagnetic induction interference, the welding also improved a lot.

2. While not for all theworkpiece,the current optimum value is all same as 1000HZ,some needbigger welding frequency,others need less,just because thisreason,basing on the Middle Frequency Welding Technology,we alsodevelop VF Series Variable Frequency Welding Machine whichuency is adjustable.

The principle is that by theadded a IGBT pulse width adjustable "Welding Controller" and theoutput voltage of V and transformer turns N all adjustable "WeldingTransformer" to fulfill the function ofuency.

3. However, these two kinds ofwelding methods both can not adjust welding currecnt value of eachwelding automatically according to the subtle changes ofworkpiece.

In order to meet muchuest to welding ,such as for the automotive,aircraft andother high-end products,we develop one kind of “Dynamic ResistancePrinciple Auto Self Adaptive Control System”.It can install to bothMF and VF Welder,by this way they can adjust the welding currentautomatically basing different product.

This system is based on theconstant current mode controlue, according to the workpiecethickness,different dirt surface of workpiece and the corrosiondegree,current shunt,the operator’s individual differencefactors,such as the subtle changes and solder joints, it canautomatically adjust welding current during the welding process ofeach welding spot,ensure the consistency of the welding andeffect.

4. Middle Frequency andVariable Frequency Welder are both powered by three-phasepower,compared to the traditional AC welder two-phase powersupply,will not cause the fluctuation of power supply, also canadapt suddenly lifting voltage strongly.Current output is also moreaccurate, more stable, more energy saving and moreefficient.

5. These kinds of highertechnology is specially suitable for welding higher conductive rateof material,such as aluminum,copper,silver,and so on. Also good atwelding much more thicker workpiece,automobile,aerospace,and otherhigh request products and industry.
