1.1  功能概述

  NAPZH-5型SF6氣體質(zhì)量綜合分析檢測(cè)裝置，提供了一種簡(jiǎn)單的SF6氣體放電分解產(chǎn)物現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)和故障診斷的新方法。使用過(guò)程中，連接到一個(gè)帶壓的充有SF6氣體設(shè)備的氣室中，讓SF6氣體以一定流速流過(guò)電化學(xué)傳感器，儀器直接測(cè)量到SF6氣體主要分解產(chǎn)物的含量。
  傳感器全部采用英國(guó)阿爾法傳感器，長(zhǎng)壽命設(shè)計(jì)，保證了測(cè)量結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性和重現(xiàn)性。
  主要應(yīng)用：故障定位，例行檢測(cè)，局部放電監(jiān)測(cè)，氣體凈化/過(guò)濾監(jiān)測(cè)，故障高壓接點(diǎn)檢查，SF6分解產(chǎn)物檢測(cè)，檢查開(kāi)關(guān)內(nèi)分解產(chǎn)物的產(chǎn)生。

  檢測(cè)分析SF6電氣設(shè)備中的SF6氣體的純度、濃度、溫度、濕度：露點(diǎn)及微水含量和其放電分解產(chǎn)物氣體，分析和判斷其氣體質(zhì)量。

1.1 Functional Overview

   NAPZH-5 SF6 gas comprehensive analysis and testing device, provides asimple SF6 gas discharge decomposition products on-site detectionand fault diagnosis of new methods. The SF6 gas was flowed throughthe electrochemical sensor at a constant flow rate. The instrumentdirectly measured the content of the main decomposition products ofSF6 gas.

  All sensors use the BritishAlpha sensor, long-life design, to ensure the accuracy andreproducibility of measurement results.

  Main applications: faultlocation, routine testing, partial discharge monitoring, gaspurification / filtration monitoring, fault high voltage contactinspection, SF6 decomposition product detection, check the switchdecomposition products.

  The SF6 gas purity,concentration, temperature and humidity in the SF6 electricale are analyzed and analyzed, and the gas of the SF6gas is analyzed and judged by the dew point and the micro watercontent and the discharge decomposition product gas.
