特殊結(jié)構(gòu)  Special  Structure ：

1、兩段式矯平，卷料矯平過程中（頭端一尾端）中途不須再作矯平之調(diào)整，可確保一致相同之平坦度

Two sections type straightening device,it is no need to adjuststraighten function when rolled materal is understraightening process(from start to end).To ensure the material at same flatnesscompletely.

2、卷料未經(jīng)過矯平消除應(yīng)力是無法生產(chǎn)出良好之沖件，唯有將卷料矯平，消除應(yīng)力才能達(dá)成

Fine electric parts can not be finished with high accuracy onlygood smoothing of coil material maybe accomplished.So thin materials need to be straightened,andstress moderately removed.

3、經(jīng)過本機(jī)較平后，可將材料修正成向上向下彎曲或平坦

After straightening,materialscan be curved upward or downward of flat easily.

4、滾輪兩側(cè)軸端之培林卷用免油式無須潤(rùn)滑之設(shè)計(jì)，耐磨且不會(huì)有油漬或膩污附著之困擾

As bearing of work rollers are of oil lubricating free type,thereis no trouble of the adherence of oil or dirt.

5、傳動(dòng)裝置由變頻器（循環(huán)控制）可與沖床速度同步，平穩(wěn)的送料

The driving unit is controlled by inverters(cycle control to feedsmoothly at a speed synchronized with the press).
