機身采用優(yōu)質ht250樹脂沙鑄件，整體布局合理，設計完美，使機床加工能粗能精，且確保

加工精度長久穩(wěn)定不變。

the machine body is made of fine  ht250 resin sand casting, the whole layout

 is reasonable, the design  is perfect, ensuring the process fine as well as 

coarse  , and the process precision steady and durable.

主軸箱與床身再加上拖板，三者形成整體，機床受力合理，變形小，剛性比一般機器高出1倍。再傾斜30度,使加工產(chǎn)生的廢料、冷卻油霧、切削液隨意掉下底盤。

the lathe sustained is reasonable, the deformation is little, the rigidity is doubled 

than ordinary lathes. 30 degrees of inclination makes the waste product, cooling 

oil and the liquid that used in cutting drop to the chassis easily.

圓柱、圓錐面、順逆時針圓弧、球面、內外公英制螺紋等任意加工。
