RT-3700新增了紅外線感應功能設計，紅外線感應器可以圍繞轉盤任意旋轉，定位在旋轉轉盤的任意角度，這樣就能使旋轉轉盤不再是一次只旋轉180°了，至多可旋轉270度，膠紙片數(shù)量也隨著角度的大小相應的改變，還可以做到取一片切一片的效果。

RT-3700增加了自動/手動兩種啟動功能，兩種功能任意選擇。

適用膠帶類別：高溫膠帶、透明膠帶、馬拉膠帶等；對特別窄的膠帶剪切起來非常有優(yōu)勢，窄可以剪切3mm的膠帶；剪切后的膠帶懸空掛在轉盤周圍，給取膠帶的手留下足夠的空間，所以取膠帶非常方便和準確。

膠帶自動切割機按鈕按一次，機器轉盤就會轉半周，每片膠帶之間的間距可以調(diào)整，這樣轉盤旋轉一次就會有很多的膠帶片，方便多人同時使用。

安全罩設計，剪刀位于安全罩內(nèi)，安全罩配合安全開關是設備非常安全，不會對操作者帶來傷害。安裝膠帶采用無滾輪設計，對膠紙的內(nèi)徑/外徑?jīng)]有太大限制。
