一、edi設(shè)備簡介：

去離子electrodeionization，簡稱edi，又稱連續(xù)電解除鹽技術(shù)，它科學(xué)地將電滲析技術(shù)和離子交換技術(shù)融為一體，通過陰、陽離子的選擇透過作用以及離子交換樹脂對(duì)水中離子的交換作用，在電場(chǎng)的作用下實(shí)現(xiàn)水中離子的定向遷移，從而達(dá)到水的深度凈化除鹽，并通過水電解產(chǎn)生的氫離子和氫氧根離子對(duì)裝填樹脂進(jìn)行連續(xù)再生，因此edi制水過程不需酸、堿化學(xué)藥品再生即可連續(xù)制取高品質(zhì)超純水，它具有技術(shù)先進(jìn)、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、操作簡便的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，可廣泛應(yīng)用于電力、電子、醫(yī)藥、化工、食品和實(shí)驗(yàn)室領(lǐng)域，是水處理技術(shù)的綠色革命。

優(yōu)點(diǎn)：

1、無需酸堿再生：在混床中樹脂需要用化學(xué)藥品酸堿再生， 而edi則消除了這些有害物質(zhì)的處理和繁重的工作。保護(hù)了環(huán)境。

2、連續(xù)、簡單的操作：在混床中由于每次再生和水質(zhì)量的變化，使操作過程變得復(fù)雜，而edi的產(chǎn)水過程是穩(wěn)定的連續(xù)的，產(chǎn)水水質(zhì)是恒定的，沒有復(fù)雜的操作程序，操作大大簡便化。
3、降低了安裝的要求：edi系統(tǒng)與相當(dāng)處理水量的混床相比，有較不的體積，它采用積木式結(jié)構(gòu)，可依據(jù)場(chǎng)地的高度和窨靈活地構(gòu)造。模塊化的設(shè)計(jì)， 使edi在生產(chǎn)工作時(shí)能方便維護(hù)。
