在完成設(shè)備中卷紙輥、復(fù)卷機底輥是紙機設(shè)備中Zui高車速的輥子。目前，Zui高動平衡速度要達到2800m/min動撓度要求也是很高的，輥子動載重量要達到60噸。對這類輥子的制作除了要保證輥體的壁厚差外，更重要的是動平衡時要進行三段平衡，以確保動撓度不超標，達到全速運轉(zhuǎn)的平穩(wěn)。表面覆層根據(jù)紙張需求分別為包膠、聚氨酯、碳化鎢、電鍍毛化等。
