   銀基釬料是一種以銀或銀基固熔體的釬料。具有優(yōu)良的工藝性能，不高的熔點(diǎn)，良好的濕潤性和填滿間隙的能力，并且強(qiáng)度高，塑性好，導(dǎo)電性和耐蝕性優(yōu)良，可以用來釬焊所有黑色和有色金屬，如不銹鋼，硬質(zhì)合金、金鋼石等各種材料。廣泛應(yīng)用于制冷、燈飾、五金電器、儀器儀表、化工、航空航天等工業(yè)制造領(lǐng)域。

   為了降低熔點(diǎn)及減少銀含量，加入銅、鋅、鎘、鎳、錫等構(gòu)成三元或多元合金釬料。銀釬料適用于各種釬焊方法，但除在真空或保護(hù)氣氛中釬焊以外，一般要配合銀釬劑共同使用，方可獲得優(yōu)良的釬縫。

    銀基釬料按其成分構(gòu)成可分為無鎘釬料和含鎘釬料。含鎘釬料具有一定的毒性，不適宜用于食物，飲用水直接接觸接頭的釬焊。釬焊工作點(diǎn)需通風(fēng)。

        the silver-base fillermetals are a kind of brazing filler metals of silver-base solidsolution,with excellent usability,low melting point,goodwettability,great strength,good plasticity,contact andcorrosion-resisting.they can be used to brazed all ferrous andnonferrous metals ,such as stainless steel,hard alloy etc.atpresent,they are applied on the fields such as refrigerator,airconditioner,lamps and lantems,instruments and meters,electricale chemical industry and aerospace industry etc.

        in order to decreasemelting point and the content of silver,addingcopper,zinc,admium,tin,nickel etc elements to them consists ofthree elements or many elements alloy filler metals.these productscan adopt all kinds of brazing methods.generally speaking,youshould make up the brazing flux in order to get good braze but forthe vacuum state operation and the shield gas state operation.

      thesilver base filler metals include“withcadmium”and“without cadmium”.the silver base filler metals withcadmium have a little toxicity.these products can`t be applied onthe brazed joints which are directly connected with food,drindingwater.the working place must wind.

      before brazing,you must clear away all dirt on the brazing placeand on the surface of object to be brazed such as greasydirt.oxide,and so on,the best brazed joints space are between0.03mm to 0.075mm.

釬焊前必須嚴(yán)格清除釬焊處及釬料表面的油脂，氧化物等，釬焊接頭的間隙為0.03~0.075mm。

4、 thebrazing ringsseries:various specifications brazing rings whose diameters arebetween 0.8mm to 2.5mm and whose internal diameters are more than3.5mm.

4、焊環(huán)系列：絲徑￠0.8～￠2.5mm、內(nèi)徑￠3.5mm以上各種規(guī)格焊環(huán)。
