PTMegaB感應(yīng)式電子回旋加速器

感應(yīng)式回旋加速器具有較高性價(jià)比，較低維護(hù)成本。

設(shè)備體積小、重量輕，為直線加速器的1/4，輻射器重量?jī)H100kg，位置擺放便捷，透照較大工件，運(yùn)動(dòng)靈活。由于不需要直線加速器所配置的行車和軛架，雖然防護(hù)墻厚度與直線加速器基本相等（1.5m，防護(hù)室的高度、面積可大大縮小，降低防護(hù)室建設(shè)成本。調(diào)制器部分以風(fēng)冷替代水冷，降低故障環(huán)節(jié)，受環(huán)境影響較小。

因此，感應(yīng)式電子回旋加速器廣泛應(yīng)用于大型工件的鑄造、焊接，電力，橋梁、混凝土檢測(cè)，安檢等領(lǐng)域。

1. 電子束能量：7MeV能量3.0-7MeV可調(diào)。

2. 可達(dá)到的相質(zhì)靈敏度：至少在厚度50～200mm(A3鋼)檢測(cè)范圍內(nèi)，照相靈敏度達(dá)到1-2T（ASTM孔型像質(zhì)計(jì)或1%線型像質(zhì)計(jì)）

3. 劑量率：≥10cGy/min(射線中心軸線上距靶1m處)

4. 焦點(diǎn)尺寸：≤0.3X2mm

5. 輻照視野：射線中心束與邊束夾角≤15°

6. 射線均勻度： X射線均勻度>60%（在偏離X射線中心軸線±7.5°處的劑量率與0°方向中心軸線上劑量率的百分比.

7. 劑量穩(wěn)定性及劑量達(dá)到穩(wěn)定所需時(shí)間：劑量穩(wěn)定性≤2%,劑量達(dá)到穩(wěn)定所需時(shí)間≤10s。

8. 連續(xù)工作時(shí)間每晝夜不少于10小時(shí)。在接通風(fēng)扇情況下，工作45分鐘，休息15分鐘。

PTMegaBBetatron Electron Cyclotron

l Betatron has high costperformance, lower procurement cost  (the sameclass as 4MeV linear accelerator), lower maintenancecost.

l This betatron system is smallin size and light in weight, the weight of the radiator is only100kg, the position is convenient, the larger test object is illuminated, and themovement is flexible. Although the thickness of the protective wallis basically the same as that of LINAC linear accelerator (1.5m),the height and area of the protection chamber can be greatlyreduced.The modulator is cooled by air instead of water, whichreduces the fault link and is less affected by theenvironment.

Technicalindicators—7MeV

1. Electron beam energy: 7MeVenergy 3.0-7MeV adjustable.

2. Achievable phase y: at least in the detection range of thickness 50-200mm(A3 steel), the photographic sensitivity reaches 1-2T (ASTM holetype image meter. Or 1% line type image meter).

3. Dose rate: ≥10cGy/min (1mfrom the target on the central axis of X-ray)

4. Focus size：≤0.3X2mm

5. Irradiation field of view:the angle between the center beam and the side beam is≤15°

6. Radiation uniformity: X-rayuniformity >60% (the percentage of dose rate at ±7.5° deviatingfrom the X-ray central axis to the dose rate on the central axis inthe 0° direction.

7. Dose stability and theuired for the dose to reach stability: the dose stability isless than or equal to 2%, and the time required for the dose toreach stability is less than or equal to 10s.
