1.采用進(jìn)口plc及進(jìn)口高精密伺服或步進(jìn)系統(tǒng)控制沖孔定位，定位精度達(dá)到0.2mm，送料平穩(wěn)均勻，并有電機(jī)故障診斷及保護(hù)功能。

2.操作界面采用lcd中文顯示屏，所有操作，只需要一個(gè)畫面，可同時(shí)設(shè)定沖孔間距、次數(shù)和批次，并顯示實(shí)際沖孔次數(shù)和批次、聲光報(bào)警，并設(shè)有手動(dòng)/自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換功能
