1、齒輪箱用硬齒面，精密磨齒加工，噪音并加大安全系統(tǒng)，壽命長。
2、混煉槽採用合金碳鋼調(diào)質(zhì)熱處理，槽內(nèi)表面堆焊硬質(zhì)合金材料加工，再經(jīng)鍍鉻，耐磨，而腐蝕。冷卻系統(tǒng)合理特殊的設(shè)計，冷卻效果佳。
3、混煉轉(zhuǎn)子採用低碳合金鋼經(jīng)調(diào)質(zhì)熱處理，加工，并在表面堆焊硬質(zhì)合金，耐磨，耐腐蝕，冷卻方式採用新型強(qiáng)制循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，冷卻速度快，效果佳。
4、密封結(jié)構(gòu)採用油壓緊迫，可靠的密封效果。
