該系列金屬線材扭轉(zhuǎn)試驗(yàn)機(jī)，是我廠研制的一種數(shù)顯計(jì)數(shù)的新型線材扭轉(zhuǎn)試驗(yàn)機(jī)，主要用于φ1-φ10mm金屬線材的扭轉(zhuǎn)試驗(yàn)。用于測(cè)定金屬線材在單向或雙向扭轉(zhuǎn)中承受塑性變形的能力及顯示線材的表面和內(nèi)部缺陷。為生產(chǎn)線材和使用線材的單位提供了可靠的測(cè)量手段。

金屬線材扭轉(zhuǎn)試驗(yàn)機(jī)適用于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)gb/t239-1999《金屬線材扭轉(zhuǎn)試驗(yàn)方法》，也適用于iso 7800:1984《金屬線材單向扭轉(zhuǎn)試驗(yàn)方法》和iso9649:1990《金屬線材雙向扭轉(zhuǎn)試驗(yàn)方法》。

金屬線材扭轉(zhuǎn)試驗(yàn)機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)及特點(diǎn)：

1、該系列金屬線材扭轉(zhuǎn)試驗(yàn)機(jī)計(jì)數(shù)由原來的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)改成電子計(jì)數(shù)，試驗(yàn)中的軸向加力，旋轉(zhuǎn)加力，試驗(yàn)試件斷開時(shí)的圈數(shù)鎖存，終止試驗(yàn)均由控制儀表自動(dòng)控制，操作簡(jiǎn)單方便。

2、機(jī)器的左端為軸向可移動(dòng)夾頭，夾頭的移動(dòng)采用了滑動(dòng)軸承，摩擦阻力小，可靠的保證了軸向移動(dòng)的平值度。

3、軸向加力采用了10：1杠桿砝碼加力。機(jī)器的右端是溜板箱，溜板箱由伺服電機(jī)拖動(dòng)，使之可左、右移動(dòng)，溜板箱內(nèi)由伺服電機(jī).減速箱.光碼盤和旋轉(zhuǎn)夾頭組成。

4、機(jī)器的Zui兩端裝有限位開關(guān)，保證設(shè)備的安全。
