　　防靜電自流平選用無溶劑環(huán)氧防靜電樹脂加優(yōu)質固化劑制成，無毒、無污染；化學性能優(yōu)良，耐酸、堿、鹽、油類介質腐蝕，特別耐強堿性能好；平整光亮，可獲鏡面效果；抗靜電效果持久，不受時間、溫度、濕度等影響。機械性能優(yōu)良，耐磨、耐壓、耐沖擊，有一定彈性；施工快捷方便；厚度1mm 以上，可使用年限 8 年以上。

　　constructionues：

　　施工工藝 

　?、俜浪幚恚阂粯堑孛嫘枰炎龊梅浪幚?；

　?、谒氐靥幚恚阂浪氐貭顩r做好打磨、修補、除塵；

　?、鄯漓o電底漆：采用滲透性及附著力特強環(huán)氧底漆滾涂一道，增強表面附著力；

　?、墉h(huán)靜電中涂：防靜電中涂將環(huán)氧樹脂加入適量的石英砂，用鏝刀將其均勻涂布一至二道；

　?、葶~箔鋪設：導電銅箔采用井型鋪設，有效排除桑積之靜電，并做接地處理；

　?、薹漓o電批土：依實際需要施工數(shù)道，要求達到平整無孔洞，無批刀印及砂磨印為準；

　?、叻漓o電面漆：防靜電自流平鏝面一道或噴涂面二道，其體積/表面電阻平均系數(shù)值105ω-105ω，完工后整體地面光亮潔凈，顏色均一，無空鼓；

　?、嗍┕ね瓿桑?4小時后方可上人，72小時后方可重壓。（250c為準，低溫開放時間需適度延長）

　　地坪養(yǎng)護：

　　1、坪地施工完畢后需養(yǎng)護7-10天后方可投入使用，在養(yǎng)護期間，應避免水或其它溶液浸潤表面

　　2、凡進入車間員工必須要換成膠底鞋（不可以穿泡沫底的黑底鞋）（以免將外面的泥沙帶入車間而劃傷地面）

　　3、凡是硬件：如鐵椅、鐵桌、鐵貨架等，須將其腳用軟質塑料、橡膠包裹或用紙皮墊起來以免在使用過程中劃傷地面

　　4、拖拉機扳需充分將機板升離地面，轉彎時請?zhí)貏e注意機板角切勿刮傷地面

　　5、清潔地面時請用軟質吸水性好的拖把或干濕兩用吸塵器，可用清水或清潔劑清洗，但請注意地面濕滑

　　6、若因使用時間較長而造成磨損或刮花、小面積可進行局部修補，若面積較大則建議重新滾涂一次

　　7、設備進廠前，在地坪上鋪上硬紙箱墊底，以免在運輸設備過程中刮傷地面

　　8、推車，板車之車輪請用硬質或彈性膠輪，并廠房內外分開使用

　　9、可根據(jù)地面要求做打蠟處理（其效果可防止地面刮傷）
