主要功能function
本機(jī)是分層鞋箱式流水線型真空除皺定型設(shè)備，用于制鞋繃幫后幫面的除皺定型，采用德國技術(shù)制造，具有高效、節(jié)能、環(huán)保的特點。
this machine is a vacuum wrinkle-removing and shaping e with layered shoe racks, which is used to smooth shoes wrinkle and shape the vamp.
主要特點main features
1、電腦數(shù)控操作系統(tǒng)，設(shè)有報警裝置，操作簡單方便安全。
2.、采用德國先進(jìn)節(jié)能系統(tǒng)，性能穩(wěn)定，比傳統(tǒng)加硫機(jī)和熱定型機(jī)節(jié)能60%以上。
3.、抽真空時間為1-3分鐘，溫度可依材質(zhì)不同而調(diào)整，適用于單鞋、靴子、涼鞋等不同鞋型不同皮料的各種鞋子。
4、 雙循環(huán)除皺系統(tǒng)，除皺效果更明顯。
5、 立體分層式鞋架在同一直線上平穩(wěn)輸送，鞋子不易歪斜掉出而導(dǎo)致磨損。放靴空間大，放鞋方便，快捷；與傳統(tǒng)烤箱比，做馬靴的產(chǎn)量可增加一半。
6、 采用德國微波納米雙循環(huán)加硫定型系統(tǒng)，多個鞋架重復(fù)循環(huán)運行，周轉(zhuǎn)時間快，節(jié)能省楦。
7.、定型速度快，1-3分鐘即可完成一箱鞋子的定型，效率高。

3. the shaping time is about one to three minutes, and the temperature can be adjusted according to different leather materials. therefore, it is applicable to all kinds of leather shoes like boots, sandals etc.
4. it adopts the two-cycle wrinkle-removing system with obvious wrinkle-removing effect.
5. vertically layered shoe rack can transfer shoes stably on the same straight line and thus shoes will not easily fall out and cause damage. the space for shoes is large and it’s easy to place shoes, compared with the traditional oven, the output can be increased by half.
6. german nanometer micro-wave two-cycle vulcanizing and setting system is used and several shoe racks can run repeatedly in cycle in short turnover time, thus saving power and usage of the last.
7. fast setting speed and high efficiency, one case of shoes can be shaped within 1-3 minutes.
