gyfta53 光纜的結構是將 250μm 光纖套入高模量材料制成的松套管中，松套管內(nèi)填充防水化合物。纜芯的中心是一根非金屬加強芯（frp），對于某些芯數(shù)的光纜來說， 非金屬加強芯外還需要擠上一層聚乙烯（pe）。松套管（和填充繩）圍繞中心加強芯絞合成緊湊和圓形的纜芯，纜芯內(nèi)的縫隙充以阻水填充物。涂塑鋁帶（apl）室外通信光纜，縱包后擠一層聚乙烯內(nèi)護套，雙面涂塑鋼帶（psp）縱包后擠制聚乙烯護套成纜。

the fibers, 250μm, are positioned in a loose tube made of a high modulus plastic. the tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. a fiber reinforced plastic (frp) locates in the center of core as a non-室外監(jiān)控光纜，室外通信光纜，室外視頻光纜metallic strength member. the tubes (and fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular core. an aluminum polyethylene laminate (apl) is applied around the cable core. then the cable core is covered with a thin polyethylene (pe) inner sheath, which is filled with jelly to protect it from water ingress.  after a corrugated steel tape armor is applied, the cable is completed with a pe outer sheath.
