1、本機集電熱蒸汽發(fā)生器、脫蠟釜及電磁模塊除水為一體，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、操作方便，節(jié)約能源，降低成本。

2、脫蠟釜采用雙層膽設(shè)計方案，因外膽在工作時，長期處于高壓高溫狀態(tài)。釜內(nèi)表面溫度始終保持在160℃以上，減少了蒸餾水的出現(xiàn)，使蠟水混合物內(nèi)含水量大幅度降低。

1. The machine integrates electricsteam generator, dewaxing kettle and electromagnetic module forwater removal, with compact structure, easy operation, energysaving and cost reduction.

2. The dewaxing kettle adopts thedesign scheme of double gallbladder, because the externalgallbladder is under high pressure and high temperature for a longtime when working. The inner surface temperature of the kettle isalways kept above 160℃, which reduces the appearance ofdistilled water and greatly reduces the water content in thewax-water mixture.
