本機主體使用sus304不銹鋼制作。
采用油水混合的工藝，炸制過程中所產(chǎn)生的殘渣自動沉入水中，通過排污閥排除，從而清除了傳統(tǒng)油炸機的殘渣在鍋內(nèi)反復油炸所造成的炸油發(fā)黑現(xiàn)象，從而降低油耗保持油面清潔，油不碳化、不酸化、無廢油產(chǎn)生。
燃燒室、引風機、煙囪置于生產(chǎn)車間外部，安全環(huán)保，不影響車間內(nèi)衛(wèi)生。
本機通過儀表溫度對引風機的控制，可實現(xiàn)自動控溫。
