科恩科KNKE直動(dòng)式電磁閥，Direct acting solenoidvalve，是直接靠電磁閥線圈吸力就能開啟或者關(guān)閉的電磁閥，應(yīng)用于零壓差或自流狀態(tài)的介質(zhì)。

直動(dòng)式電磁閥，通電時(shí)，電磁線圈產(chǎn)生電磁力把關(guān)閉件從閥座上提起，閥門打開；斷電時(shí)，電磁力消失，彈簧把關(guān)閉件壓在閥座上，閥門關(guān)閉。

常閉：當(dāng)線圈通電時(shí)，電磁閥打開。
　　　當(dāng)線圈斷電時(shí)，電磁閥關(guān)閉。
常開：當(dāng)線圈通電時(shí)，電磁閥關(guān)閉。
　　　當(dāng)線圈斷電時(shí)，電磁閥打開。

直動(dòng)式電磁閥的原理和特點(diǎn)是什么？

原理：常閉型直動(dòng)式電磁閥通電時(shí)，電磁線圈產(chǎn)生電磁吸力把閥芯提起，使閥芯上密封件脫離閥座口、閥門翻開；斷電時(shí)，電磁力消失，靠繃簧力把閥芯上密封件壓在閥座口上、閥門關(guān)閉。（常開型與此相反）　　特征：在真空、負(fù)壓、零壓差時(shí)能正常作業(yè)，閥口徑越大，電磁頭體積和功率就越大。如我公司引進(jìn)HERION公司技術(shù)出產(chǎn)的直動(dòng)電磁閥可用于1.33&TImes;10-4Mpa真空。

Konko KNKE direct acting solenoid valve is a solenoid valve thatcan be opened or closed directly by the suction of the solenoidvalve coil. It is used for media in zero differential pressure orgravity flow state.

When the direct acting solenoid valve is energized, the solenoidcoil generates electromagnetic force to lift the closing elementfrom the valve seat and open the valve; When the power is cut off,the electromagnetic force disappears, the spring presses theclosing element on the valve seat, and the valve closes.
